I made working hot air balloons in vanilla Minecraft 1.19 using block display and item display entities. This new Minecraft update is awesome!
Now you can fly everywhere with hot air balloons =)

@@TheRedEngineer While I have your attention, I posted this comment (see below) on the previous video. I would love your thoughts :) Previous comment: So happy to see you back with more innovative commands ideas! Display entities are indeed very useful and awesome. Much better than NoAI falling-sand blocks and actually even armor stands. Also, an idea, if you like challenges: Make a shrink- and enlarge-weapon. A bit like SethBling did some years ago, but now with this new technology it could be done much better and less laggy. amazing! Seeing you upload again honestly makes me so happy. The new update stuff also really does add so many possiblities! Custom stuff will be able to look so much better now. I remember hoping for this sort of stuff to eventually be possible in vanilla minecraft back in 2015, but also thinking such an update might never happen. I hope one-command creations make a comeback!

Yeah but those thing are only possible in java edition and it's only possible on pc. As a console player i'm very disappointed we can't do anything like this from the console itself

Yo! Sick! However, might I suggest the interaction entity? This is an entity that is specifically made for interactions. Also, there is this new execute command called execute on. With this, you are able to execute on a entity. For example, execute on passenger executes as the passenger of the entity, execute on vehicle executes on the vehicle, on target will execute on the entity that the player attacked, etc. So, really useful stuff. Love your work! :)

I feel like it would be cool if you make some command "mods" that can work in survival minecraft where you can even craft the items with obtainable amounts of materials. (I know you need to be in creative to use command blocks)

this does not work as intended in minecraft 1.20 (atleast with command blocks im not sure if datapacks would change the functionality), is there any plan on updating this in the near future?

This and my other recent creations ALSO come as datapacks! The one-command version is just additional for those who still want to import my creations without the need to download and install anything.
