If you haven’t found a color for your strawberry cakes you could use a red then mix in chunks of a darker red to make a jam filling

Pasta rolling machines are super good for mixing clay colors together, if you can find one you're okay with claying up. Alternatively, you could just get a little dumpling rolling pin and do the same thing, rolling, folding, rolling, folding, etc. Saves finger owwies, and is still faster than the all-smoosh method.

@@TiffanyWeng Well, if you have a kitchen aid, you can get the attachment... But the attachment alone is like $100, and then it requires you to be wherever the kitchen aid is. That's just a few too many blockages for my executive dysfunction, and I'd rather use a tiny rolling pin than go through all that. Hahah. Though it occurs to me that there's probably children's kits for either pasta making, pretend kitchen, or just play doh that have something that would work. Gut feeling.

1 when she mentioned the old polymer clay community on KZfaq nostalgia hit me. 2 some polymer clay colors stain like crazy, but i use baby wipes to clean my hands and surface, and alcohol swipes to clean the clay. Soo yeah, it's probably old but i hope it helps

Have baby wipes on hand so you can clean off ur hands and work surface in-between lighter colors.

Aaaaa finally got around to watching this!
