Ingredients and preparation:

3 zucchini.

fry over medium heat for 8-10 minutes.
250g of cheddar or any other cheese.
3 eggs.
Salt.
black pepper.
4 tablespoons of flour.
300 ml (1 1/2 cups) of milk.
bake for 40 minutes at 180C (350F).
