I make this simple recipe once a week! Soft and delicious, Perfect for breakfast
ingredients
1 egg
150 ml of warm milk
7g of dry yeast
2 tablespoons of sugar
2 tablespoons of sunflower oil
8g of vanilla sugar
420g of flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon of butter
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
for the cream

2 tablespoons of sugar
2 tablespoons of corn starch
Egg yolk
8g of vanilla sugar
