s2g i have a question about the youth academy. is it just a random selection for each new career regarding the overalls. i mean that some times i will start a career mode and have a 71 rated 90+ potential 16 year old. and then the next career my best academy prospect is a 58 rated 75 potential 18 year old. i guess my question is, is the academy just luck of the draw or are there clubs that have a better starting youth academy

With the low budget you should invest in youth academy gems / high potential youngsters who don’t get much play time cause they from big clubs or loan them with option to buy. That way you can build a super solid squad that grows every season. And gets high value. It’s investing in the future
