Today I gave my friend Fazıl Say my score of 'Starry Night' before his recital at the Théâtre des Champs-Elysées on 15/05/2024. He played a marvellous premiere of this work at the Auvers sur Oise festival in June 2022. I was delighted to learn that he is currently composing a piano concerto! Fazıl is a so great and so generous artist. I was very moved to meet him again.
