I saw it at York on 18/11/23. It was a good day for trainspotting then because there was not one, not two but FOUR railtours calling at York that day! (3 steam and 1 diesel) 44871, 45231 and 46115 Scots Guardsman were on the 3 steam railtours and the diesel one was none other than LSL's Midland Pullman HST. I also saw a Class 66 on a freight train, Class 37s on a RHTT and 60103 Flying Scotsman!

Amazing Catch Oliver, I actually saw 2 other black 5s, 44871 and 45407 “The Lancashire Fusilier” coming down from Fort William heading to Carnforth Steamtown after the Jacobite season ended

Great video! Black 5's are certainly some of the best out there! Unfortunately 45231 is being withdrawn from service for Overhaul in January! Hopefully she won't be out of service for too long!!!

@@LaZeRJET There are two London Victoria circular tours, that I believe don't come down to Eastleigh however on the Saturday, there is a Southampton bound charter from Peterborough. Double header of class 67s. Would that interest you?
