Nice interview. So educative. I like sister Keisha so eloquent in her speech, enlighted and so intelligent. Ive been a victim of Traumazing scenes in my life that led to depression.. l think l took a lot of time to open up on what exactly l was living with. So l know how it feels and everything in this interview is true. So much going on in our society. We should be our brothers keeper, good brotherhood is no longer there. Family ties have no meaning anymore. Ppl are living in their own different life styles mostly copying other cultures. The social media has also contributed alot of damages to our young generation. Its too addictive and not every content is healthy. Measures hv to be taken like in behavioral change but not everyone is open for that. Ive been there l can relate to all being discussed here. Its not easy. Thanks to this channel though im new here ive learned alot. Good Job...

Please, Bring her back again! I've toss on the subject that our AA brothers are coming to Africa to find wives; which is marvelous, but, they are blaming the AA Female on the way to the chapel. What she mentions on the wounds from child molestation by relatives or close friends of the family. AA woman with childhood wounds are still hurting. Man don't have anyone to be vulnerable with to talk and heal. Soo often ytube podcasts by black american men are slandering women who carries deep pain from the past! Please love our African sisters marry them but don't do so and blame us on the way to the chapel. I know of horrifying experiences of adult AA they suffered during childhood. These issue cause problems for many relationships as an adult. Please go deeper in this area! ty ty 💚🤍💚

She was talking about Ghana in this instance from her observation being here. This is common knowledge all around the world but being here in Ghana how can we shift that narrative. Because mental health awareness is nonexistent here.
