In the North East of Scotland, it is common to add 'y' or 'ie' to words. 'He has a bonnie bairnie', 'at wis a fine cuppie o' tea' etc. The actress in the clip actually shares the same (North-East) hometown as me!

That's Scotland. "Jobby" is indeed slang for number 2.
