Heat pack.... rosemary sprig to chew on or roemary tea or rosemary oil to belly lower back bottom of feet. Even rosemary in warm bath x

Girl I suffer from terrible cramps as well. I hope you feel better 💐 get some rest 🙏🤍 I’m always popping Tylenol during my period especially the first two days.. but I was researching and came across castor oil and have been using it. Seems to help a bit too. Great for skin and a bunch of other things

Oh gosh girl! So you know! Castor oil is actually on my shopping list. I normally don’t like to take over-the-counter medication’s but I had to pop Tylenol last night. I’m feeling a little better. Definitely getting castor oil today. Thank you so much ❤️

Oh that's horrible, it really does effect us ladies, firstly I would advise you to try to stop crying it just makes you feel worse. Try to relax and think about something that brings joy to your mind or relaxing music. If this is something you suffer from every month I would suggest talking to your GP and obtain information regarding the marina coil, I used to suffer really bad every month until I had this procedure. I have never regretted this option. Just a suggestion darling, hope you feel better soon.❤️

feel better 2 nurofen and panadol go to gyno as if that painful could be other crap.. I hear you.. I have fainted 3 times from extreme pain!! ahh poor honey get better soon

Stay in bed rest for a full day, drink lots of water and meditate with soft god frequency with headphones on, do body massages and think positive thoughts. This too shall pass. Water rest sweety hope you feel better soon ❤

Prepare a cup of tea and add 2-3 spoon of honey mix it and squeeze some lemon in it. Drink it every morning or evening you'll get better quickly inshallah ❤
