Okay there is very long theory. Firstly Jin is center character. Jk was bullied by his step brother, suga tries to kill himself , v killed his father because he was abusive,rm belongs to very poor (poverty) he worked extra hard. While he was not happy once he got fight with customer and later he was put into jail. Jimin had seizures because he saw a child was died in front of his eye that child was choi where it is connected to Jin cause Jin hide choi in his house to save him later his father found and asked him to leave house Jin was searching for him but choi died he couldn't save him jimin parents were embarrassed because of this seizure had he got locked for 6 month in same hospital while he used to love dancing. J hope when he was around 9 years or 10 his mother gave him a bar chocolate and told him to close his eyes and his mother disappeared (u may have noticed in fake love while j hopeand sneaker chocolate). They all met in high school at the first day of high school they all were late as a punishment their were I guess locked in one room I am not sure if they were locked or not. At that time they spent whole day together and got really close. This place became their secret hide place while all of them used to gather and play around even while clss. As jk thought his friends were family he was very close to suga. Later principal knew about their hide place and Jin was asked about the hide place as he didn't answered and principal called his father and lied about his low grades and weak at study and also told about their secret place and Jin was forced to say where the place is while suga was playing piano and jk was there jk said he want to die everyday but hearing suga playing piano he want to live again and principal saw and he slapped jk and suga pushed principal. And he was expelled. Jk blamed himself for this all were growing up they all have their own hardship in their life the closeness among wasn't there as jk always thought them 6 as their family he always used to come to place and imagine playing with them. Suga mother died,he didn't have good relationship with his father. Suga wanted to die because of his depressing life. While jk got into an accident and he sucide from top roof of the hospital. Jimin was locked in hospital for 6 months cause his parents were embarrassed about his seizure and jimin was also trying to kill himself (drowning) jhope started taking pills because of his own hardship while jimin and jhope were really close both of them love dancing and they studied dance from same. Once v father was very hitting his sister when he sees that he throw bottle in his head and killed his own father and at the time while police caught him he asked for last phone call and he called to rm. As rm was only the one who helped him alot as expecting he will help again but Rm didn't receive the call. And later v was out of jail and rm saw in in busstop but didn't stop him knowing his mistake and he wnna say sorry but he couldn't and let him go. Later rm got into jail as he fight with one customer. Now Jin, Jin mother also died his father took him to America (I guess) he was abroad anyway. Their he found one girl, Jin was standing while girl was running and just dropped her diary Jin picked the diary. As u noticed Jin with one flower. In that diary she wrote about her fav and the flower. Jin asked girl to meet and he brought that flower but the girl got hit by bus and she died. Jin later started working and suddenly remembered his friends he saw very weird dream about jk dying. And he really worried he decided to go back to Korea and Jin went to meet rm in jail he was shifted in Central jail. Jin asked is everything okay r u still contact to other member (frd) he said not really he jhope had bad accident last night. Jimin locked up and jk and suga died and he met v a long time ago. Jin was in shock he was thinking what went wrong how this things happened why he could not save them and Jin heard a voice if u could save them will u. And he said yes I will ever thing to save them and Jin was a time traveller. Jin woke up with the day of 11 April where none of them has died. But he couldn't figure it out. While he was driving he saw rm he wanted to say hello but he couldn't after he saw v getting caught due to his father. Jk fall from hospital suga burn himself as rm also and jimin drowned himself. Again his life starts from 11 April. Later he figure out and he tries his best to save them but he fails he tries 100 1000 times at last he succeed . Now the imp part Jin tries many time to same as he fails he realises that to save them all they all need to support him. He needs every one support Jin has his own solo song epiphany which is about Love urself it is connected the main thing Jin realised is they need to love them self to live their life. Jin save rm from burning himself he called jk to save suga from burning while jk forget to do sucide from hospital to save suga, Jin also call jhope to save v and jin let jhope to take pills and accident so that he could he meet and save jimin was in need of friend because of being locked while and they start pillow fight and jhope was going to fall from ladder and jimin saves him. While u guys were shocked Jin being killed by v yes he hitted Jin while Jin was trying to save him from killing his father but Jin is timetravellor he didn't died and their was a case where v wass surrounded by media asking about his father's died and him jumped into water but after that Jin goes to the top where v jumped instead of v and clicks picture from top so that v won't have thought of sucide. Jin teaches them all to love themselves in run mv u will see how jin taught them to be happy how many times Jin failed but never give up . Jin actually taught bts the meaning of happiness somewhere connected. In this way Jin saved everyone and armys to love themselves. "Epiphany" " ( I am the one I should love). He has financial problems. That person basically threw money at him instead of handing it to him. So he did not pick it up. Someone from his family is sick. Yoongi was burning himself in the room. Jimin was drowning himself. If u noticed he had a picture in his hand which was their(all the member's picture together) picture at a place. U will see in other mvs Now for Jin, he can time travel and he basically has to save all the members Jin went abroad for studying but when he came back all this happened. So he got a chance to save the members. Once he goes back in time, he needs to do something. Otherwise he will go back in time again and it will become a little bit different every time. So it will become more difficult. Note: Tae also has a connection to phones and glass (because he killed the person with a glass bottle) as well because, well u will see why he has a connection to phones. In fake love, suga is near fire Jimin is near water, Tae is with phones, Namjoon is with gas station related stuff, hobi is with snickers because... u will see later, Jungkook... I am not sure about him Jin is with a flower in this video as well as fake love. It is the smeraldo flower and it signifies something. I am not sure what Too much to take in right? The storyline is very complicated, but I'm gonna give you a lil idea of I need U MV and a basic of Bangtan Universe story. If you really want to know then please please read it fully. So for the storyline, basically all the 7 guys have some past fears or you can say they all have some kind of regrets, which they want to get rid off and they all end up drifting apart and now they all want each other because being with each other they feel completed and safe, and also here the word girl is referred to each other only. Now in the story (which is not based on reality at all): NAMJOON (RM): who has grown up in poverty, and for paying his father's hospital bills he has to work part-time (the gas station). He always face some rude customers just like the one showed in this video. And one thing which is not shown in this video was once he got into a fight with a rude customer like the previous one and then ended up being in jail. SEOKJIN (JIN): he was always forced by his dad to study and not being with friends. They all have their secret hideout in school where they usually hung out together and one day principal asks Jin about their hideout and he thought at that time there won't be anyone so he told about that place because of which Suga was expelled from the school, as he and Jungkook was in the hideout (suga and jk share a strong bond), and now JK blames himself for expulsion of Suga. And this is JIN's regret that they end up drifting apart because of him. And also one more thing, his childhood days he had a friend, whom he hid in his room because someone was trying to kill him but Jin's father asked him to let him (his frnd ) go, and this is why he generally don't like his dad but still obey him. YOONGI (SUGA): His mother was pianist but she set herself and the house on fire, and for this Suga blames himself and that's why he also ends up killing himself by setting the room on fire. HOSEOK (J-HOPE): His mother abandoned him in his childhood in an amusement park (she gave her a snickers and ask him to close his eyes and count to 10 and then open his eyes but she never came back). And he grew up in an orphanage. He was diagnosed with Munchausen Syndrome (Munchausen's syndrome is a psychological disorder where someone pretends to be ill or deliberately produces symptoms of illness in themselves) and because of heavy doses of medicines he usually ends up being collapsed. JIMIN: In his childhood he witnessed a child's murder (the one whom Jin wasn't able to protect) which caused him to lie and there was another incident took place where he was dancing with a girl and they bumped into each other and Jimin went to the bathroom for wiping of the blood stain but in this he forget about the girl who passed out after falling but as soon as he realised he went to see her but Jhope already carries her to the hospital and now he blames himself for hurting everyone who is close to him and that's his regret. TAEHYUNG (V): His mother left him and his sister because of his father and now his father usually beat him and his sister and in this video he stabbed his father because he can't take it anymore and he ends up being in jail. And this is his regret. JUNGKOOK: His mother is married to someone else and off course now his step father and also his mother don't pay much attention to him because of that he usually wander on streets and ends up being in a fights (intentionally). After so much of this he jumped from a building to take his life. Now in the MV: The flower petals JIN had in his hands in the very beginning symbolise other 6 boys and then this petals eventually burns which is because some of them ends up being dead or being jailed. But we believe that the MV is not only connected to the storyline but it has it's different meaning also. And that's Adulthood. Suga playing with fire as a personification of the angsty teenage mind. Jhope taking his pills. here he is the embodiment of pain one can feel while growing up, not sure of where to stand anymore. Jin's 6 petals symbolises emotions linked to his youth, embodied by the boys. V gets up and puts his black hood (black hood is a symbol for adulthood throughout the HYYH Trilogy) Jk walking the streets and bumped into some thugs who wore black hoodies (again symbol of adulthood), they beat him but he never defends himself which symbolises how powerless he feels himself as a child in the world of adults who decides for him. And now Jin's petal catches fire which means his youthful emotions are burning because he has to enter into the adulthood. RM and V lying side by side but a car flashlight approaches them (symbol of adulthood) makes butterfly shape (can be realted to butterfly effect), now RM is holding his youth like Jin despite already living in adult world (he is the one V is calling in prologue when his childhood world collapses or you can say when he stabbed his father). So both are put into the realm of adulthood by jin through his car's light, RM is an adult and V is about to become one. Jhope trying to cross the bridge in order to escape his current state of mind but he is lost to pain and cannot move forward. Jimin is inside the tub where he is over flooded with sorrow and can't escape his feelings. When V kills his father, he still has black hood on and in between JK is seen with the black hood as well and in next scene V actually kills his father, here is the end of innocence and youth is dead and they have entered the void that is adulthood. Now in the car scene, RM is wearing a black hoodie and then touches Jimin's hand and passes the "disease of adulthood". And in the gas station scene, someone drops money out of the window which leaves him stunned and upset and he then drops his lollipop (a symbol ties him to his youth) which actually turned out to be cigarette (symbol of adulthood), this is RM's denial about what he is actually now (he actually sees lollipop and not the cigarette). Jimin burning a piece of paper can be the picture related to the boy, whose death he has witnessed or it can be the time where he is not ready to accept the truth and trying to burn it. The same painting was in the Wings short film "lie" V is crying and his hood is off, and that's the lil boy who is crying and not the man, who is also in denial. Jhope lying there and opens his eyes towards adulthood, stuck again in between 2 states. And the flashbacks of happy time is the time where they all forget about their pain, fears and regrets and seems to be happy together, illustrating what has been lost and what they are trying to get back Okay so basically it is about the young generation entering the adulthood, end of innocence, and the time when they all need each other.
