I need your help! I'm currently looking for ideas for my intros. If you have any ideas or if you create a video please send them to the email address listed in the video. Please don't leave your idea in the comments!!! If you leave your idea in the comments and someone else submits your idea because they happen to read your comments, the person who submits the idea first will be eligible for the sticker pack should I decide to actually use it as an intro. Again, submit your ideas or video to the email address listed in the video.

A few people have asked me about getting "Old Man ~ Fat Bike" stickers. You can purchase a small (3" x 1.44") sticker for $2.50 or the large (4" x 1.91") sticker for $4.00. If you would like to order one or more please visit the the following link;
www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr...
Once I see the transaction I can contact you via email and get your mailing address and find out exactly which sticker or stickers you want.
Entire video shot with the GoPro Hero 8.

Keep the into simple and clean. I visualize Old Man Fat Bike in a rocking chair on a porch rocking. When you jump out of the rocking chair and jump on your fat bicycle and start to rock. PS. Probably not the best Idea to crowd source your intro. Just say'N......Love what you do Brother. Cheers! \m/,

Thanks @Mark Peterson! You may be right about crowd sourcing to get some intro ideas. I thought I'd give it a go and see what happens, one never knows if it's the right thing to do or not. 🍻

The next question is when is OmFB going to teach you how to do wheelies ? I recall your video from a few years ago but haven't seen a follow up video showing you;ve mastered it :)

That's the whole problem @Dean Johnson! I have yet to master the wheelie!! If I ever do, I'll be sure and try to make a video on the subject. There are so many great videos on the subject, not sure if I can add anything or not 🤔

@@OldManFatBike some 5ips on wheelies, straight back, neck, lift front wheel gently, tilt back, always have finger on the rear brake. A common mistake I see is brutal jerkinh of ba ri to chest and leaning down and lifting ba ribto the chest, bent neck and back, resulting in front wheen falling in one or 2 seconds. It's fine to load the front and unload it, but no crazy fast and brutal moves, no jerking. If doing wheelie son ice, you need to be gentle with the pedal stroke when, especially when initializinh the wheelie. Ot the rear wheel spins. The i9 hubs defenitly will help you be more stable and do more controlled pedal strokes.

Have you seen Pat Smage on youtube? Thats the kind of riding he does all the time, up on rocks, bit of concrete, tree trunks. He does it on all kind of bikes including fat bikes. He could tell you exactly how to get up and over that concrete plug thingy. Might make a nice vid?

That's a tricky one, but the key to this high obstacle is to stay to the front, lift the rear wheel, shif thift position get on rear wheel. Then drop off, or change direction and then drop off. Or to jump up it bu tnot sure if that can be done on a big bike. I've seen a local kid jmp up an even higher delivery platform. But he competes, and has a smaller trails bike. But the shifting of boy position to lift rea rhweel is a technique I've seen used in trails videos, I've eusef it myself, but never on anything that big, but did not use the rear wheel hop ending, or drop ending. Only rear wheel lift technique. I think it might be feasible, but tricky for sure, have time it well. Someone already mentioned Pat Smage. But I reccomend watching trails videos in general. But of course trying yourself helps.

I am not into intros, as they usually waste time, some intros are spesific to the video, like taking intro, I guess thst makes sense. I always skip intros unless it's a valuable part of the video. But an pointless animations or clip compilation I just skip.
