I Needed a Good EPCOT Day | Flower & Garden Festival 2023 | Guardians of the Galaxy Cosmic Rewind!!

In today's video I make my way back to EPCOT at Walt Disney World for a fun afternoon to finally enjoy the 2023 Flower & Garden Festival. I open the video with a quick update to fill you in on why I didn’t upload much last week. Next I take you around the construction that’s currently happening inside the park at the front because Disney is actually picking up speed on finishing the project. After that I take you around the world showcase to try some of my favorite dishes and drinks from Flower & Garden, most of the dishes were pretty good but there was a few that were disappointing. Finally, I finish the day with a ride on Guardians of the Galaxy Cosmic Rewind and I stop inside of Creations Shop to check out some of the new Disney merchandise. Great video Dev! I agree that the festivals are not what they used to be….especially Flower and Garden….it’s all just food and merchandise. It used to be so much more before they added the food booths. I remember gardening seminars with interesting speakers and garden tours (I was actually surprised that they still had the tea garden tour). The food and wine festival used to have included wine tastings, tea tastings and cooking demonstrations where you got samples of the food that was prepared. Oh well….. thanks again for a great video!

Dev back in Jan I was at Epcot during the Festival of the Arts. At that stand near Test Track, they had a food sample called the Angry Crab. They were soft shell crabs battered and fried. They were so good. I had one in the early hours and another late in the evening. Keep checking those food booths. If you ever see the angry crab, try it. You will love it.

I’m so glad you did this video.. I went to Epcot last week but I didn’t get to finish because I fainted while waiting in line at Frozen Ever After… 😢 got sent to the ER and couldn’t go back..

I just got back this past Saturday. Omg.. I got to ride the front row on Guardians. Much more intense experience. Also, got to finally ride Tron. Loved that too but Guardians by far tops it.

Thank you for the video Dev. I was having withrawl symptoms 😅😅 I really wish EPCOT would bring back Illuminations, that to me was one the best out the Theme Parks. Wish you could have rode other rides too. Can't wait to see more, hopefully one more this week and we all know that you deserve a break and to spend time with Family. I though the same thing about their prices untill i went to universal and seaworld current food festivals. You will rethink everything , and see that Epcot festival food prices aren't that bad and are by far better quality.

Glad you got to take some time off! As a foodie I really appreciate the small portion size. The EPCOT festival food offerings are mostly small plate/tapas-style so you can try several different dishes while wandering around World Showcase. When my sister, who owns 2 restaurants, visited with me for Food and Wine last year she said for some of the dishes the prices they were asking would barely cover the ingredients, and the rest were certainly in line for what you’d pay for this type of food at a nice restaurant.

We all need a break ! Epcot is still my favourite park , to be fair I enjoyed food and wine last September, I agree the prices were higher but as I only come in Septembers now ,I don’t always bother eating at the booths as I love the food at the quick service in Japan and France and Mexico !

Could you make a general video on Epcot festivals in general ? From your comments you associate festivals with food which I’ve never done. For example I visit during the flower festival to see the gardens. Maybe I’m not understanding what festivals at Epcot include.

THIS IS NOT INTENDED TO BE A RUDE COMMENT: It's both refreshing to see a huge Disney fan be real about how unimpressed you are with the Disney parks/company lately, but it's also odd (IMO) that you keep renewing your AP. I understand you have a very successful YT channel designed around showing us the parks, but I wonder what it would take for you to cancel your AP as it seems in your opinion that Disney has been consistently lacking in the magic department. With all of that being said, it's your money, your time, and we love your videos anyway!

Sooo true! I feel like the people are hating (more like the racists) but its like Moana, Baymax, Encanto && soo many more, are all the really great films that have poc or have culture it's like Disney barely brings them out in merch or even other things. So that's awesome :D
