Adored this vlog -- a nice sprinkling of everything! Also, I just have to say that I *love* how supportive you are of your friends and what a people person you are. I was watching the footage of you around the big dinner table at the Vieve event and you literally turn your entire body toward someone when they're speaking to you and you're just so engaged. It really shows how much you really care about the people around you.

This is one of my favorite vlogs! You're so real and honest always,it just means so much. When you talk about your body, you eat well and work out and have every reason to be proud of it. Alex killed this🤣🙌🏼 No notes. Just outstanding. 🫶🏼 Also you can always test your muffins breads or cakes before you take them out of the oven if you stick a thin wooden skewer, wooden toothpick, even uncooked spaghetti noodle in the middle of the muffin. If it comes out clean the muffin is done if it has bits on it or it’s wet it needs more time. 💕 I’m sure you probably already know this but just in case thought I’d share.
