Education and science should not be bounded in boundaries. Every talented person should be given some chance to prove him/herself by the developed countries. This will further strengthen the relaions among the different countries. Thanks to kweisi for bringing up such a nice conversation- sharing the life experiences at China. I applaud Prof Aman for his courage to speak his mind openly. It's not easy for an Indian to speak well about China given that the Indian social media overwhelming anti-China. Prof might even suffer career disadvantage and social stigma on his return to India. Let's hold him up as one who could help to bridge the wide chasm between the two great nations, which the West tries so hard to divide.

Sorry to say @Andy Roid, Every coin has two side. I have only and only shared my experiences about my life at China not about any social media issues. If you have felt something good, speak it out. But you have commented something different. It will be good if you can modify your comment. Thanks for your time.

@@arohilla8 Hi Aman, thanks for your clarification. I didn't mean you were endorsing everything about China. Yes, you were only talking about your experience in China. What I was saying was that even that COULD be problematic for you and therefore did involve a considered risk in commenting on your experience. There is so much that India and China could offer the world. It's my wish, and hopefully yours too, that someday they could come closer together to cooperate and synergise rather than to confront and diminish against each other. That trust and understanding between these two great cultures can only start at the people to people level, which you are in a privileged position to be in. May I wish you all the best.

As a Chinese, sometimes it is sad to see the current state of affairs between China and India. We are all great ancient civilizations in history, and we all had splendid and immortal cultural, We have a history of friendly exchanges for thousands of years, and we have all suffered from Western colonization in modern times. our two countries have achieved national independence after ups and downs, and now we are both at a high speed. We have such the same historical experience, but we have come to such an embarrassing situation today. China: I am developing very fast. India: Me too. USA: Damn. I need to create a war between them.

Professor Aman is a great man. Like all the people who went to China they just say come to China and experience it since people will not take idle talk. Just see for yourselves. I was brought up in a rich area in a Western country but it lacks a social aspect which I could not get until I come to China. Before I used to think China was a dirty and unsafe place but I don't even have to have double locks and the structure of the new buildings in the last 5 years have exceeded the quality of the West. The air and water are great and clean in the Greater Bay Area and the cost of living is very low compared to other countries. Seeing is believing.

Is India as open as China to accept a Chinese professor to teach in Indian University? Or, is the absence due to remuneration package not as attractive as non Indians are able to command in other Universities ? Indians very seldom have praises for China. It is revealing that this Indian professor personal experience living in China has debunked some of the negative perceptions about China.

That's why the people living in India with nationist attitude r label the elephant. As can b seen the elephant r just stumbling along as it goes o. it daily lives trumpeting once every so often to get notice. That r many of the Rambo & Tangachi in the country. Some of these Tangachi r becoming quite birch in their daily live.

Dear -w-ユキ殿. Don't take it personal. English is "JUST A LANGUAGE" for communication. There are roughly 193 countries in the world with each having different accents/dialects of speaking English. In Asia continent, India is at very first place among the English speaking countries (see the report by Lingoda). In the world, India is also at first place which speaks English as a primary or lingua franca (see the report by world population review2022-2021). Come out of your American and British accent follow up zone, and try to explore persons with different origins/dialects and have a communication with them, which this channel is trying to provide you. I represent my country and not an American or British accent.
