Downpour was actually written by seventeen's woozi and he kinda does pretty well when it comes to sad songs like boy who hurt you but yeah he said "it may be sad now but it's still possible for us to smile again together" since after it rains the rainbow comes and the sun shines. I'm still sad ioi has been doing pretty well.
