Timmy if you ever need to sometimes you can use pancake mix with oil and applesauce as a egg substitute. It’s great and the allergy community uses applesauce as egg replacer in certain recipes all the time! ❤

You found some decent options considering the selection. I’m surprised the Jack Links jerky was not as advertised on the package. Usually it’s pretty good. When I think of Big Lots, I usually think furniture. This was a great, out of the box idea for a challenge!

Big lots usually have evaporated milk, tea, coffee, bottles of juice, rice, instant potatoes, canned soups and veggies, chips, dried fruits, cookies, gravies, candy, fruit cups, pudding cups, mine has Indian entrees, protein drinks, boxed mac n cheese, boxed stuffing, cans of chicken and tuna, boxed pasta salad kits, boxed au gratin potatos, spotatoes, they have summer sausages and taco kits. I could definately eat Big Lots food for a month or more and not feel as if I was missing out at all. My Big Lots has a fridge and frozen section too with frozen dinners, pizzas, desserts like ice cream and frozen pies, burritos, taquitos, cheeses etc.. There are also breads, condiments, pickles, olives, etc.
