Blue is the rarest naturally occurring color, and the last color that civilizations can recognize. Even in the Ancient Greece, people did not know blue existed. In the odyssey, the sky is described as white and the ocean is described as black. I remember listening to an NPR thing about this cause my mom always has it on the car radio

ive seen so many similar videos of this color challenge but i always back to inga's because she always carefully and creatively thinking of what to make that has natural color of it, not just buy some artificial-colored one. such a fresh insight on how many kind of food you can find out there that actually naturally blue. big fan of you Inga!

That is true that blue lobster is EXTREMELY RARE! One got donated to the new aquarium in Missouri because they didnt want to kill it at the restaurant, so now it's a huge tourist attraction!
