½ cup chocolate chips

Oat layer: 1/2 cup oats + 1 tbsp pb + 1 tbsp chia seeds + 1/4 cup greek yogurt + 1/2 cup milk + 1 scoop protein + pinch of salt
Caramel layer: 2 medjoul dates + 1 tbsp pb + water to thin
Chocolate layer: melted chocolate chips + coconut oil, topped with sea salt

Peanut sauce (BLEND):
⅓ cup peanut butter
⅓ cup orange juice
3 tbsp sesame oil
2 garlic cloves
3 tbsp fresh lime juice
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sriracha
4 slices fresh ginger
1 ½ tbsp hoisin sauce
Thin out with water
Mix with chopped veggies of choice
PEANUT BUTTER PIZZA:

greek yogurt crust: 85g self-rising flour + 95g greek yogurt
Air fry for 10 -12 mnss

Fill w/ peanut butter instead of chocolate

NO BAKE TWIX BARS @healthfulradiance
BASE: 1/3 cup oat flour + 1/3 cup almond flour + 6 tbsp honey
CARAMEL LAYER: 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter + 3 tbsp maple syrup + 1 scoop protein powder + vanilla + sea salt
CHOCOLATE LAYER: 1/2 cup chocolate chips + 1 tbsp coconut oil + sea salt
Layer in a pan, refrigerate for 2 hours, slice

Pb and J shelled overnight oats
fav Overnight oats recipe
1/2 cup oats
1/3 cup almond milk
1/4 cup Greek yogurt (i like to use vanilla)
1 scoop protein powder
1 tbsp chia seed
1 tbsp peanut butter
Top with jam layer then peanut butter, freeze, crack, enjoy

● 1/3 cup oat flour
● 1 scoop protein
● 1/2 tsp baking powder
● 3 tbsp greek yogurt
● 1 tbsp peanut butter
● 1 tbsp milk
FILLING
● 1 Reese's cup + more pb
air fry for 8 mins or bake for 15 at 350
Day 7: 16:58 - the end
REESE’S OVERNIGHT OATS
fav overnight oats recipe +Layer with peanut butter, chocolate + coconut oil, and reese’s cup pieces
HEALTHY PB + J POPTART
• 1/3 cup oat flour
• 1/2 cup almond flour
• 1 tbsp coconut sugar
• 1/4 cup peanut butter
• 6 tbsp milk
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp vanilla
• filling: jam + pb
bake @ 350 for 18 mins

3 rice cakes + ⅓ cup honey

Linda. I’m not kidding when I say that your content are the ones that makes my hard days better. I’m struggling with my life right now pretty badly, but whenever I see that you have posted any video, I immediately can get my tough mindset away and just sit down by myself alone and be happy with you. I get to laugh and smile again (which doesn’t happen often) and the only one who can do that to me is you. Just you. Those moments, like right now, are the most important for me. Yk even if I'm in a better place now..no food restrictions, no starving myself, no fear of gaining weight, I'm now just enjoying some oreos and I thought about it..I reallly shouldn't worry because It's more than okay because I'm taking care of my body alot! i am so happy that i came across this channel. I have been struggling with stress and with food being afriad that i gain weight which i did after all, but your channel made me realise that life is too short to worry about how much do i weight and that weight is just number and not how my body looks like. Thank you so much Linda. I wish for everybody that are struggling with these things that you will realise soon that you shouldnt be so hard on yourself and if you love food is ok to eat it and that the number on scale is not the way your body looks like. You are all beautiful the way you are

Your videos are always so helpful. Have you considered writing a blog with all your recipes or even writing a cook book with all your fabulous recipes ? I think you should as you make food that is delicious and serves its great purpose of refuelling and nourishing your body x

i have never related to something so much! my whole life i have said that peanut butter is my favorite food, and include it in breakfast and usually a snack every single day! the one combo you are missing out on is apple and peanut butter - one of my go-to faves! i can't wait to try these recipes :)
