Being vegan is time consuming at first but after a few days to weeks you get used to it and know what you can have! I’m a student so I’m on a budget with not a lot of time to cook and I find you can spend hours making food or minuets just like ‘normal food’ how you eat vegan is up to the individual. Once you’re passionate and have seen all the footage of the how horrific the animal industry is it makes it all worth it ❤️🌱

as you said, there are alternatives for everything and it honestly only gets easier - I’ve been vegan for 2 years now . so nice to see a vegan positive video , as most of the time all these types of videos do is criticise veganism.

if you’re wanting to cut out meat, try quorn meat. (most is veggie rather than vegan, but obviously better than meat) it tastes more or less the same as meat and the quorn nuggets actually taste better, in my opinion anyway😌
