Because they don’t speak English in those countries . Either u speak the language or u speak the local dialect

@@VforVendetta414 that's one point and also asked a friend of mine years ago and she said the Language is hard to learn that's why

ALso most of the women in those countries don’t work and get support from government to stay home and look after children. Since the mothers or parents are not fluent in the foreign languages they tend to speak the Ghanaian language with the kids.

Surprisingly you will go to Ghana and some "foolish " parent will tell you my kids don't speak Twi only English boi! Proud of you gurl

They speak bad and broken English to confuse the kids and some of the kids even make fun of these parents who can't speak English properly. Speak twi with your kids at home UK Ghanaian parents...
