Awesome Initiative - Suggest to install a small CCTV inside each of these stores, and also tie up with restaurants and try and establish these banks in front of restaurants... so that it's easy for you to maintain the Bank. Someone needs to also monitor that the food kept needs to be not more than x hours old so as to avoid any health issues specially since it's the heat and humidity of Kerala. And a warning to be written in English/Malayalam/Hindi to say that if you feel the food doesn't taste good, please do not eat it
