That's not a true way to cure that addiction I've been in that same situation where I would wake up and play the game every single day literally everything single day. That was my comfort zone it was where I was at ease and didn't worry about anything around me. I was going through internal pain within me from what was going on around me with family issues and the way my life was at the moment. And now I've completely changed my addiction to games now rarely even play them anymore besides me I play with my brothers and sisters. Now I've completely changed how I intake things that would really damage a person who didn't really know how to deal with certain types of of emotional pain. My mind has elevated to a new higher level of consciousness. What I've learned to do is to except my self for who I am and be grateful that all the things I went through in life was meant to happend. To get me to the time point of me finding a real peace within myself. I would recommend meditation mainly to find peace within if u feel confused on what your purpose here on this earth is or u dont know what u want in life trust me those same thoughts were flowing threw my mind when I was low. And no matter how old u are u will always have a chance to change who u are. And I'm only 15 writing this.
