Hey @Yudi J love your videos. Can you please tell me or do a video on when you opt gets rejected. My opt got rejected because I put in the wrong fee. Can you explain me the time frame like do I still only get 90 days of unemployment? what happens if they're up but my case is still being reviewed? when my ead arrives when will my expiration date be, still the end date on my i-20 even though my starting date is delayed because of reapplication? Nice podcast, Yudi! Towards the end of the video, Shiva told people from big/top companies have greater chances of being picked in H1B lottery. However based on my experience of asking attorneys and seniors, they say the lottery is totally random, and applicants from startups are considered the same as applicants from bigger companies. Please clarify this when free

It is totally random, you are right. but he is referring to is that big companies have big law firms who are always on top of it. but getting picked up in lottery is totally random

Also all the benefits the company pay such as housing etc are taxable so if they pay 4K a month we end up paying 30% or more of that as federal plus CA state taxes

Hi Yudi. This is Ayushi here. I follow your videos on youtube. I wanted to know your insights on something. I have an admit from NEU and USC in Engineering Management and I'm confused between the two. I'm a software engineer with 2.5+ years of experience and would like to enter project management. I have started the Google certification in Project Management to improy my resume. Currently I'm more inclined towards USC as I like it's management track which is one of the 4 tracks to choose from. From the required courses there is 1 analytics course and 1 technology course and there are 4 other courses. My question is, is USC worth spending this amount of money for MEM and will it help me in bagging good job opportunities? And also, what else do I need to do in order to increase chances to get a job. I've heard USC's mem is more inclined towards supply chain management and industrial engineering. I'm not sure about project management.

one more question, I think you have noticed it already, if you look at various courses and different universities, for some they offer 80 - 100% COA and for some upto 100% COA and for some max and min amount mentioned, on the other-hand average funding also mentioned. what is all about ? Furthermore, if my courses is with upto 100 0r 80- 100 range do I get same funding or there will changes as popular says average funding is 70% rest I have to show. Did you got 100% COA or you had to show proof of funds to them Pls answer

I don't know why students paying loans of 50k get into news and I don't. I had a loan of 41k. I got hired in March 2020 and with my relocation, first year sign in and 80% of my first 4 pay checks I paid off the entire loan.
