That’s almost like the water droplet affect . You go with a base color let it dry then spray it down with water & let the little droplets of water sit on whatever your painting then come behind with a mist of another color on top of the water . What happens is the paint gets caught on the water & as it drys & settles on the part looking like a color water droplet . Way cool effect .

Yes,please repaint it!! One thing you could try for better displacement of the soap is to spread the soap w/ air. Use an compressor & an air nozzle w/ a trigger, then spray over with your final top coat...use some satins or metallics as a base coat.

Funny how you do a 'test spray' with the soap but not the paint. The paint from a spray can should never be started on the part. start off the part, cover it, and end off the part. Initial spray can leave hot spots. I'm just roasting u for testing the soap and doing a mediocre paint application. All good bro Result speaks for itself.
