She’s actually a solid champ now, you just need to be VERY good at positioning, watching map and knowing matchups. From how many people play her she almost always appears as a troll pick but she isn’t THAT bad anymore if you play her correctly

wind chant gives a usable ability which gives immunity to physical attacks for 2 seconds (halved for non-mms)

It's a perfect counter item for those who's getting bursted but sometimes there's also a combo item for it Rose Gold Meteor because of the shield it gives when you're low HP plus it's passive is perfect for lifesteal.
