The reason multiplayer wasn't working was because when season 4 of the game was released, so many people were trying to play that the queues weren't working well. The game underwent maintenence multiple times. But it's fixed now and you can play with friends!

I feel this is important to mention. Your first raider was not your fault since how Spopovich works. You have to know how he works to use em, so when they saw who you had they just went for spheres to power up and get you low

So the reason why all the survivors jumped you when you were Spopovich is because he has a slow start. You have to make it all the way to Buu's pod so a handful of level 1s can jump you while you're trying to make it to the pod

I salute you for platinuming this game in Season 4. Raider queue and the survivor meta became a nightmare in Season 3 and did not get better in S4.

Congrats! Just as some info if you want to keep playing, defeating Saibaman, Nappa, Zamasu, or any member of the Ginyu force (Not Ginyu) will not end the match, but rather level the raider up at a significant disadvantage (ex: defeating Nappa will increase the countdown for Vegeta to go great ape)

Congratulations, I personally made it Platinum relatively quickly as it was the Online game I was playing at the time he came out, if we exclude 50 matches as a raider I think it was quite easy Platinum, although I think it now have became much more difficult as the people have learn how to play better, so Trophies like "Did You Think I'd Let You Get Away? (Destroy an area and down two survivors.) became almost impossible to achieve.

PC Breakers fan here, hope you stick around for when Cross Play is finally added! Also, you and your friend were probably having matchmaking issues as Namco actually split everyone into unnamed regions (even within the same country) when they added Broly. Hopefully they fix THAT as it ruined the game for Switch/Xbox players forever.

If you played during the past two months then its likely i was in some of your matches. I gotta say, rip on those trophies for winning as survivors. One of the matches i had, we activated the time machine like 5 times as well as kill the raider or just escaping like 20.

18:29 By the way, this raider stage makes it in which if you run out of HP, you evolve into stage 3, but lose one of the best abilities (besides power ball) Vegeta can have. This goes the same for stage 1 (saibaman). You can only defeat this raider at stage 3 and 4.

The learning curve is genuinely unreasonable in this game, especially when you lack a meta skill. You were so lucky that you got Pod early on. Still, it's nice to see you actually played for 50 raider matches. You probably have learned all of the combos and the like now.

My only problem with it is the same problem I have in every game of this genre, it’s not fun if you play casually because the sweats will use every strat to stall you

I got invaluable friends in my first handful of matches, same for time to create perfection, That down two survivors one will elude me for the rest of time

the funny thing is that it was so much easier to get plat when it just came out because you could get a friend to be a raider so it was easier to get all the super hard trophies

I feel bad for you dude. Playing this game is a nightmare. Playing as a raider usually isn't an issue unless the survivors are running in a pre made team like a bunch of cowards. Playing as survivor is just soo unbelievably frustrating. You're always stuck in a situation where your team barely gives any effort to beat the raider whether through the STM or defeating the raider. Eventually it gets to the point where you'll just have to lose faith in your team and just let them get downed and take the ETM since winning with solo queue survivors is near impossible. I outright quit the game once raiders started cheating by disconnecting me from the server for trying to summon shenron. The moment i started summoning shenron and the raider couldn't use area destruction, they instantly booted me from the game. My internet was fine and i was playing for a while with no connection issues but me getting disconnected from the server was definitely no coincidence. At that point i was done with the game. Unless you're in a pre made squad, you basically can never have fun since solo queue teammates are useless.

I honestly really love Breakers. It's fun especially when you have friends to play with you. Especially since it's fairly cheap

I wish more people played this game. It's so fun as a DBZ fan.

Extra salt in the wound, I unironically got the all survivors alive while being downed, because you count as alive until the raider finishes you, and we made sure the raider couldnt. I also think I got bugged in my downed state so that I couldn't die 😂 Edit: This was within my first 20 matches

I remember the last trophy I got was the ping trophy because for some reason it wasn't giving me the achievement after I pinged something and picked it up lmao. It took me longer than the 50 raider games until one day I picked up someone else's ping within a few seconds and it worked. May I ask where the sprites you use of Goku originate from?

So i platium this game during the 1st few months it was out it wasnt practically hard expect for 1 or 2 trophies but i do feel like now thier are some trophies that are tuffer to get then when the game 1st relased

Best damn game to play with friends, forming a premade is the best thing you can do to guarantee wins. Was able to get all the achievements before the game hit its first anniversary. It's not a perfect game, no game is but with the quality of life updates and cross-play enabled it can be a fun time. You know, once you get passed the bad teammates of course.

just be friends on the PS4 or be in a party. R1, invite friends, it'll pull up your friends list on PS4, select the option to invite people in the party, you'll see him in your party, select him, then press invite. It'll bring him in immediately, so yes, Multiplayer does work. Pro-tip? Keep your head low against the Raider. ESPECIALLY with Buu and Broly. Buu and Broly get way more Evolution Energy from Survivors, as do all Raiders, but for Buu and Broly it's far more significant. Cell gets some good energy from Civilians, as does Frieza, but be aware, Frieza will be a little more after Survivors, especially if all Namekians are gone. Because if they're all gone and he doesn't have all 7 dragon balls, he knows the survivors will have them. And screwed up as it is, Only Frieza really has a true need for the DBs as far as the Raiders go, cause Immortality is one of his wishes.
