I was rooting for u and mr pokke. The himeko run was insane and has convinced me to build her. And on your end.. that draw his soooo unfortunate. I tried to beat that 2nd half with the same team and it is VERY difficult without a cleanse. So HUGE props for doing as well as u did with what u had. Tectone was pretty pissed that he wasn’t invited LOL. So maybe sometime in the future we can have a massive content creator pvevp tournament.

For Gepard Ult, you could have saved it until after your units have gone, just before the enemy goes, to get 1 more turn with shield for more up time.

Yeah not gonna lie, the pick and bans part was the highlight for me. After that I could picture how each run was gonna play out. Insane speed on Mr.Pokke's team though.

Though challenging for you i really enjoy this vid also if we get lynx and fu xuan if you get picked again the tournament you can guarantee a breather if they ban all heal or shilder

The whole event was fun to watch and with every week being completely different floors / buffs we get to see different comps. The rule of new characters being open to showcase for those debating on pulling is smart.

you had to use Luka's skill on the mara-struck bois at wave 1 so they don't respawn (if you have the trace leveled up that makes it work like Pela's skill) don't think it would make enough of a difference but it could save a cycle draft phase was pretty rough, i play LoL and some other games with pick/ban drafts so i know the pain. ggs tho nice video

I think picking up blade as the dps with gepard as the sustain was not the play in mrpokke's mind, but overall ya'll did great! It was awesome to watch, I hope to get more of this going in the community.

I think this kind of thing is fun, but, you sort of have to address the elephant in the room. At a certain point, you can't compete with someone who spends way more than you. Skill and insight and luck will certainly be a factor. But, if someone has every character at max and refreshes relics every day, they just have such a huge edge that it just isn't really fair. Kind of like how in fighting tournaments they have weight brackets. In these tournaments there should be investment brackets that try to tackle these disparities in a fair way. That is, for if this type of thing will expand in the future. Right now, I get that it's sort of a very inside for fun thing. But, for the future, it's something worth considering.

As a competive gamer who played League of Legends and Valorant and other games...I couldn't feel the excitement from this...its a little too long. I guess its suppose to feel like speedruns or how many times you finish in turns. I think the only way I would ever feel the competitveness if Star Rail allows me to use my units against others on the same field like a grid and my units attacks in rounds. Really enjoyed your commentary tho and its nice to see you supporting them!

Hsr definitely could add pvp. Have the same setup as Epic Seven. Implement settings for allowing eidolons or not if you choose. Hell, add co opt MOC an SU. You can have separate version's entirely. Both players pick two characters for a full team.

It can be like competitors provide a specific turns that they can defeat the enemies like in MoC The mechanics will be first a toss coin then who wins first will decide how many turns he can defeat the enemy however the only catch is they will choose a random enemy so they will be not able to anticipate what team would they prefer to shortens the time that they can defeat the enemy. That will utilize players strategy making, and luck and even though Hoyoverse release new character with almost the same function moving forward their attributes will still be a game changer for this competitions. Just a suggestion.

I agree, that be stelle team was the most impressive run. Very smooth, and very calculated every single move That luocha pick was the most important pick. That pick was so hurt for the opponent since the other 2 healer were banned. And in that stelle team. Since kafka was protected by the rule. They dont need to pick kafka earlier so they picked asta and pela instead. And smack's teeam already picked 2 support and sampo means, trailblazer would not be picked at all so they just need to focusing on team 2 building. My rank for themly performances were 1. Stelle team, this was the most impressive performance that run smoothly with f2p friendly team 2. Dot team. I rank it up because of the difficulty on that scenario 3. Himeko hyper carry. I dont know, im not into hyper carry team run. The team was just about support that makes your dps bulked up and deal ton of dmg. But im impressed that the team can survive in 2 cycles😂 4. Luocha + blade run. The team was just cracked. By choosing that two character was just lowering the difficulties down to the earth. Even the general was just a flex pick in that team. Op, smooth, yummy, nice. Thats sss tier defensive dps and sup guys, so dont ever judge a character just by their dmg alone

I dont know much about MoC clears and all, but I told my friend the moment Natasha got banned, the best strat maybe just to ban luocha and pick up M7th for Smack and Pokke. Picks and Bans are always my favourite part any game

42:55 The Mara struck elite also has 40% resistance to Lightning damage, and that Elite is in wave 2 AND wave 3. LOL

You guys can consider having 2 bans each team (maybe one ace per player of the opposite team) -> 1 pick each (or 2 picks each to secure a character per player) -> 1 ban each (or two) -> pick for the remainder Each team can secure 1 character before the final ban AND counter ban the first pick of the enemy using the final ban if that makes sense. I assume three bans straight might give a very huge disadvantage to the player with the short end of the stick. This was very interesting though. Again, I don't play HSR but every bit of this video is entertaining 100%. More power to the Gacha community and I hope you guys would have lots of these events.

I am genuinely curious if a well invested e6 march would've been better than gepard. She could heal at e6, remove debuff and somewhat taunt, and she has a chance to freeze the enemies with her ult.

If hoyo is aware of this and has sponsored it they should definitely provide a couple of accounts that has all the currently released characters on it with the eidolons and lightcones and relics will depend on how the rules are made so the playing field would be more fair with all the participants having the same arsenals they can use

If you were to draft on your own, would you have banned Blade instead of Sushang? Knowing you wanted/needed Sushang AND knowing the other team has first pick of Luocha? I think Pokke said somewhere that he knew going into the draft (and confirmed by their first Natasha ban) that the other team would ban healers and first pick Luocha.
