Sonic Boom is the perfect streamer game. When you hit the temple run level, you have the exact same amount of engagement whether you’re the streamer or the viewer

Boom has a weird place in my heart. It's a bad game but I kinda like the character designs and personalities. The cartoon was surprisingly great though, it knew how bad the game was and leaned into that reputation to mock the IP.

this game wants to be a beat 'em up, a platformer, a temple run clone, a puzzle game, and a collectathon all at the same time yet still somehow manages to bring absolutely nothing to the table. its bugginess is a blessing in disguise because without those glitches, it would have no identity at all

I’ve been playing through it myself. I was led to believe that it was a broken mess in the vein of 06. It’s glitchy as all hell, but for the most part it’s just a generic “licensed kids game” platformer
