Yes truly by your own words some of you are fools and will continue to be fools. Voting is by choices and how one thinks. And that's why if someone loose an elections thinks they are cheated. The crowd will follow you but at end of the day most of them will never vote for you because what he or she sees, thinks, wants is not what he or she is seeing from you. So don't be deceived that Ghanaians are complaining of hardships there by giving the ndc the alternative. Despite the hardship we are all going true some Ghanaians are also seeing the good things the government is going knowing that since independence Ghanaians are still complaining and they will continue to complain til they kingdom comes. Let's change government today within one hour time you will see Ghanaians who will start to complain.

Ghanaians are not foolish.... this was not an election for the masses... it was NPP delegates ... those who voted are mostly older generation.. how many youths do you see as delegate in the party...? the older people make up the majority of the delegates... so they will vote for the gentle one.. same goes to ndc... all delegates are old people... so don't blame ghana8for the party choice..

He has earned my respect a lot. They should give him a special role in the 2024 elections campaign and the sky will be the limit for them. He’s the man. Though he did not win but I say congratulations to him. He fought a good fight. What a man. After Bawumia he might be the next phase of the NPP if he manage himself very well. This is an irresponsible statement. Are you a patriotic citizen of Ghana. What Ghana needs is NPP and not any individual. When Obama won against Clintons wife in the US congress, didnt the whole Democrats party support Obama including Clinton and his wife. After Obama, didnt Clintons wife become the next flagbearer. If you refuse to vote , assuming in the near future Kennedy or your sympathiser also becomes the flagbearer and the others also refuse to vote for him, would he win? Do you think Hon. Kennedy can also win the general elections without the vote of sympathisers of Dr.Mahmoud Bawumia? We vote for NPP, we dont vote for any individual and Ghana needs NPP and not NDC.

That is not tribalism according to your submission, but more like they love their own and stick to each other because you Ashantis have caused the divide in the country so each to his own.
@kwame2011
@kwame2011 9 ай бұрын
@@afiherman6053 Last elections, Mahama and his NDC increased their votes in the Ashanti Region. Ashantes massively voted for Nana Addo an Akyem, and voted massively for Bawumia in the just ended delegates election. Bawumia is a northerner, but got more votes in the Ashanti Region than Kennedy Agyapong who’s an Akan. My mom is an enthusiastic NPP member and an Ashanti, but had vowed not to vote for a northerner backed by the Akyems. She feels they’ve taken Ashantes for granted and doing tribal politics. The current government has taken the Ashanti votes for granted and it has become deeply polarized by the Akyem mafias. The just ended delegates elections, I realized that, Northerners voted based on the fact that, Bawumia is a Northerner, not because he’s competent. That’s a dangerous thing to do.
@afiherman6053
@afiherman6053 9 ай бұрын
@kwame2011 but you have reiterated the same thing. Ashantis who voted massively for NDC voted for development, and they are the wise ones. Ashantis who voted for NADAA voted because they'd rather an Akan than Teni. Your mum not wanting to vote for "A Northern backed By Akyems" (WADR) is inherently tribalistic because it tells her voting gleans towards her tribe and not development and now because "Akans" whom she doesnt agree with are backing a Teni, she doesn't like it. Bawumia getting more votes against Kennedy an Akan and seen as a problem is equally inherently tribalistic. But what some of you Ashantis didn't realise is that these tribes have watched you closely over the years and are wising up and sticking to their own. Now, it's being seen as taking Ashantis for granted, and again, that explains your mindset towards voting. This should teach you guys a lesson to know that elections are for development and not "tribe or creed." It smacks hard in the face, right??. Bawumia or Kennedy do not deserve to rule in my opinion, but my submission is a reply to your mindset and line of thought. I don't support any of them. I have just told you how some of you guys think through your submission, and some of you Akans are Ghana's biggest problem to development. No Hard Feelings. Just FACTS!!
@kwame2011
@kwame2011 9 ай бұрын
@@afiherman6053 Maybe you got it wrong. I said, my mom feels, northern delegates voted for Bawumia for no other reason than he’s a Northerner, not because he’s a competent candidate. While delegates in Ashanti voted based on competency and fitness for the job instead of where Bawumia or Kennedy hails from. And because of that, she has decided to go a different route this time. If my mom is a tribalistic woman, she wouldn’t vote for Nana Addo. Because he’s not from his tribe. Either you don’t understand my point or the dynamics of the just ended election. My mom doesn’t have a problem voting for any candidate from any tribe. However, she believes other tribes have to be fair to other groups. You don’t just vote for him or her because the person is from your tribe. She’s with the NPP because she believes NPP is more competent, which is clearly debatable now.

You dont see any hope for Ghana but there are Millions of Ghanaians who disagree with you. I am living in western Europe. I was schooled here and I live with the white people. Believe me Dr.Mahmoud Bawumia is the right guy for Ghana. If you were to give Ghana to me, by GODs grace I would change it. After being schooled in Europe and interacting with the white people, I have learnt so many things. Dr.Mahmoud Bawumia was also schooled here in the western world and has interracted with the white people, so what I can do, he can also do. As vice President, he is restricted. When he becomes the President, he would bring a change. He is bringing the western world system to Ghana and it is this system which can change Ghana.

If you can say Bawumia is the best for Ghana then I can see where the problem is coming from. After 7 years of bad governance, massive corruption and total disrespect to the citizens, you still fancy Bawumia to break the 8?? Some of our people eh, the least said the better! There are crisis everywhere in this world. I live in western Europe and we are also in economic crisis. Prices of goods have here in Europe sky rocketed and everybody is schocked just like what you see in Ghana. The government of Ghana is not responsible for your economic woes. It is the devil who is saying that to some of you in Ghana. Covid and the Russian Ukraine war is the cause. A change of government is not the solution. We are not changing our government here because the whole world is in recession. This is not the fault of any government. Putin is the cause of the hardship and I believe GOD would remove him from office very soon.
