This literally sounds like how I delivered my daughter. I was unable to get the epidural because my body was in so much pain that it began to shake. I was unable to keep my still long enough to allow the needle to make contact with my skin. I was in so much pain and was so certain that I wasnt going to make it. I started to see white lights as I would get every contraction. I knew I wouldnt make it. I told my mother Im not making it past 11am. My energy was running low, the pain heightened and the light just kept getting brighter. I went and opened my book of psalms and began to pray. I felt the need to push soooo bad. It almost felt as if my daughter was trying to climb out of me. I couldnt hold her in. In less than 30mins i let out one scream and her head was out. I let out a second scream and her whole body was out. One thing i can say is GOD IS SOOOOO GOOD!!!!! My daughter was born 11am on the dot.

But I'm glad that you and your baby girl are doing well despite that experience. Let's always remember to pray for each other including the expectant mothers and their babies as well.

One thing we do not mess around with in my church is praying for the pregnant women in our congregation, those who will be pregnant in the future and pregnant women anywhere in the world. Pregnancy can be so dangerous so we need to seriously intercede in warfare for our women.

I had the opposite experience - 3 kids, 2 with & 1 without. I had planned on not having an epidural with my first but my contractions were WAY off the charts only dilated to 3, even the Dr was shocked. He went against hospital policy & sent my (ex)husband to the anesthesiologist's office to sign papers & had one rushed - he was afraid I'd pass out before it was time to push. My 2nd I planned on it, took the classes, signed the paperwork - but she was born on 9/11, my water broke within minutes of the first tower being hit. Needless to say, the Drs & nurses were distracted, especially seeing as we were on Eglin AFB. The anesthesiologist didn't get there in time & I had her without even a Tylenol. My first was a lot more painful up until the epidural than my entire labor & delivery with my daughter, but after she was delivered I was suddenly in an enormous amount of pain, I couldn't even hold her. It also took longer to recover, I couldn't get up for hours - but with my 1st & 3rd I was up less than an hour after. My last was the easiest though, I was up laughing, dancing & having the time of my life before the epidural - afterwards I obviously couldn't get up but it was so much fun! His pregnancy was awful, maybe an easy delivery was my reward. 😂 Sorry for writing a book!

We almost lost my daughter and her baby. My daughter was 7cm just going along fine. We were all napping. Next thing i know there are tons of medical people in there doing things i have never seen. I asked what was going on and our nurse said im trying to save the baby. The baby decided to do a double gainer in the womb wrapping the umbilical chord around her throat twice-no oxygen. They delivered her by c section in 1 minute. God makes things happen even if evil tries to stop it. Praise Jesus for saving my daughter and my grand daughter.

They told me that with my daughter. I literally felt like she was trying to come out at that moment, but they made me wait for another couple of hours. I basically had to keep my legs closed and try to relax because the contractions wouldn’t stop and it was happening far quicker than anyone expected. My first and only child. Everyone said she wouldn’t come that quick , but from the first contractions to her birth it was maybe 4 hours. I tore pretty bad and I don’t know if that had anything to do with me having to basically hold her in so long.
@2582694 ай бұрын
Yes, sometimes trying to go against the natural urge to push sends your blood pressure through the roof and then you have to be put under! Nurses who order you to push must have never had a baby before! It’s virtually impossible not to push!

I have two children. My daughter is my second and she was very active during pregnancy, seemed like she was having her own dance party. I started having crazy contractions and called the doc. He told us to wait, it could be Braxton Hicks contractions. We waited about another hour and it just got worse. I went into labor during her father’s birthday. Went to the hospital and they told me not to sit straight down. Got into the room and I was told she is about ready to arrive. She was born 2/2/06 at 0222, weighed in at 8.2. She was my 2’s child. I couldn’t have her with me, like my son. She was born jaundice. I could have her every few hours. Today, she is 18 and very healthy and still having her own dance party. 😘 All children are blessings from God. Congratulations to all of you. God was with her during this time. God is with all of you throughout this journey. Thank you Heavenly Father for the gifts you bless us with. ❤

Amazing testimony!!! I can't help but feel like God was speaking through your wife's labor story. The Bible describes all the bad things that will happen in the world, before the rapture (When Jesus comes back for His church), as "birth pains" in Matthew 24:8. In your wife's labor story, she was only 3cm dilated, it didn't look like the baby was that close to being born... yet, he came that same day! She felt the birth pains, but the doctors told you both that the baby wasn't ready to be born yet. Just like how we see these crazy events happening all over the world... but people still tell us we have plenty of time before Jesus comes back! We don't know how soon that "soon" is, pre or post tribulation... we can't lean on our own understanding (Proverbs 3:5-6). I pray that the world opens their eyes to all that is happening, and comes to put their faith in Jesus! The rapture is imminent. Be ready. ❤❤❤

Dude, I'm sorry, but no matter how you spin it.... I guarantee you wasn't in more pain than she was. You weren't being very supportive . My question is... instead of taking a bath, why didn't you just pray for yourself to have strength for your wife? It took less time for her to deliver the baby, then it was for you to take a bath. You wrong for that.

That happened to me with my first. I wanted to birth her totally drug free, but when I decided to ask for something for the pain it was already 17 hours in. It was too late and 5 hours later I was beginning to deliver. I've been in pain like that before, where you reach a point that you feel you're no longer on with same plane of consciousness. I believe endorphin reserve is released during our worst times of pain. I also sometimes have a euphoric state at the tail end of my worst migraines. I still had my second child drug free. We are truely wonderfully made. And child bearing is such a blessing from God. I have no doubt that your prayers helped your wife. Your wife is lucky to have you, Nick. I thought to myself when you began your video that "just because she wasn't in labor in the morning didn't mean she couldn't be by later that day". One never knows. At this point I couldn't speak or lift my hand because of the blood loss and right before they wheeled me in to srugery a dr who kept checking me had just checked me and she stopped everyone to check me again and I stopped bleeding. Congratulations! What an amazing testimony and prayer, Nick! I can relate to your wife’s pain; during my son’s birth, I was given pitocin which multiplied the birth pains and made me pass out, wake up and pass out during those final pushes…..God bless you and the family! And Welcome to the world, Jeremiah! ❤🌱☘️🎉

Children are a blessing. Jeremiah is a wonderful name. I’m a first time mom and words can’t express how much my husband and I love our son. His name is Zayne which in Hebrew translates to God is gracious. And He truly is because he has been such a blessing. Congratulations on your precious baby boy! God bless you and your beautiful family!
