That's why we need to start all over to build this country from scratch. His situation is a result of bad governance or lack of it. There's absolutely no safety net for anyone. It's like a punishment to be born into this country. I've seen and experienced both sides of the world, but I don't think Ghana is part of this world. It's hell.
