Ingredients
Puff pastry - 500 grams (2x250 grams) / 18 oz
Leek - 1 stalk
Feta cheese - 200 grams / 7 oz
Eggs - 2 pcs
Yolk - 1 pc
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

Method of preparation
Cut the leek and fry it in hot olive oil for 5 minutes on a moderate heat. We salt. Turn off the heat and let the leek cool. During this time, we crush the cheese in a bowl, add two eggs and mix. Add the leek and stir again.
We spread a sheet of puff pastry and pour the filling, distributing it evenly. Brush the edges of the puff pastry with beaten egg yolk. Place the other sheet of puff pastry on top. We press the edges of the puff pastry and make cuts on top, as shown in the video. Brush with beaten egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C / 374°F for 30 minutes.
