As a child growing up the family couldn't come up with the cost of singing lessons, but she didn't give up her dream to become not only a singer but to help kids with singing aspiration weather they can pay for her teaching or not! Now that's significant....

Chest voice here. She is belting in chest voice here, but she has a good mix. Though she is more of a chest belter than a mix voice belter. Voice type trade-offs tend to "make" singers one or the other by the way
