Sir HCL send me 28K rs demand for Notice Period they send me legal Notice one time and 2 Time Notice. How can i resolved this .

Hello sir please help i am working in a company where the contract is signed, you will have to pay the salary in lieu thereof and training cost hotel on boarding charges if you leave company within 6 month my training was done in Ahmedabad and i have to much fear about that please give me what to do i am sick for doing this job . What to do sir

Sir i have started job my training is running and i give resignation to them during probation period 1 month notice period they have mentioned in agreement now they are telling me that pay me one month salary or survive notice period what can i do?

Hi sir,. Me bhi it compney me hu, meri health kharab thi ab thik h but muje Job nhi krna h kyu ki health issue aa jati h but compney muje notice period pura krne ko keh rahe hai, Notice period pura na krne pe kya hame pay krna hota hai??

Hello sir, I an Dnyaneshwar from maharashtra. I have joined MNC and worked for 25 days only ,I have not taken salary and informed the hrd about my availability that I will not continue, i have their laptop with Me . I have signed offer letter online and not submitted any original documents, now I want to abscond but , They have mailed me that I have to serve notice period or else I have to 3months payment I would be around 1.9 lakh So will they take any legal action? Can I have abscond? I don't want any experience letter from this company. Please help me out.

Sir i am working in tcs right now working from home and serving notice period. My manager and Hr is forcing me to come to mumbai from delhi only 15 days left. They are saying they will extends my notice period if I will not reach ofc . Is it possible?

I had joined certain company, but within next 2 days I got a very best offer.... So I left the company and excepted the new offer I had got.... Now after 1 month the previous company is asking me to pay money (lieu of notice of 1lac) . What should I do in this case? Any help please

I have read R. D. P. D & then i have never spend money on mobiles, bikes, cloths. I starded saving money & tried to invest in diff buisness. I have also resign, currently serving notice period.

@@shouryapradhan8676 Maine to company chhod diye. They threatened me with legal action if I don't serve notice period. I also said I can also go to court as I didn't like job and work culture. Rest is history, they were just trying to scare me and it's over two months

Usko bolo probation period main hun, salary use deni padegi, probation period me notice serve nahi karna padta.

Hi bro i currently working in cts and i have joining date in tcs is 12 may. I have already resigned in cts and they accepted my resignation but they asking me to serve notice period. Can i abscond and join tcs.. is there any problem. What should I do now.

Experience certificate is not required....just show them a service history of company in EPF account.
