Жыл бұрынI knocked on this door and offered to completely clean the homeowners driveway, walkway, and sidewalk completely free. He told me to ask the neighbor at first because she has paid for it in the past. Well, I showed him that his driveway was way worse, so he let me do the job. I got started with my wand, blasting away all the dirt and grime on the front walkway. Then, I got my surface cleaner to melt all the dirt off the main part of the driveway. The result was fantastic and I hope you all enjoy this one!

It’s hard not to like someone doing you a favor, and you sell this service as if the owners of the property with an overgrown yard or dirty driveway would be doing you a favor too just by letting you do the work. This further creates a connection where they subconsciously have to like you and want to support you because who would do someone a favor if they didn’t at least like them a little bit!? Your marketing strategy not only is great for these reasons, but it shows people the type of amazing person you are and why you’re so worth supporting. I am a huge fan of you and the work you do. You help to restore people’s faith in humanity constantly. Keep up the amazing work 😊 you change lives!

@@corysilvester if someone is offering free service then you need to take it. Why spend money when it could be for free? Plus if someone is providing free service, that means the love doing what they do, rather than trying to make money. If they do something that unsatisfied you, you can simply sue them and make money from it.

I like the music as it adds a nice background when watching you do the work. Aaahhhh to be in my twenties again..... That was pretty ballsy to start your business at 12 years old. My brother and I started a small construction business in Oregon many years ago. We had a falling out and went our separate ways. He now lives way up in Idaho and I now live in San Diego. I hope that you and your brother get along better than I did with mine. I really like watching you do the work and especially the before & after photos.

The guy in the beginning was like any typical homeowner, expecting the person knocking on the door to be SELLING a service, but they're always blown away when you offer it for free, haha.
