If your issue with Surge is it is weak to shoot , your using it wrong amigo. It’s about procking it and doing the skill damage you want like sniper turret, oxidize or artillery turret. It’s excellent on 6 tier skill builds

The white death one of my most used weapons with determined and dmg to targets out of cover. Turns anything non raid into a breeze. Only downfall is helmets.

yea hyena rushers are a pain in the ass when using a sniper build, no other helmet-wearing enemies are as annoying as them tho the riot foam chem launcher solves the problem, even better if paired with a tdi kard

i actually love the lefty shotgun on my striker build. just pop a grenade skill wise ofc and watch lefty destroys enemies armour. decent to those who can time their grenade perfectly. also good for bullet sponges enemies that need softening.

3:50 Mozambique pistol rocks if you have more than 300% headshot damage. I use it on my mantis sniper build which has 321% headshot damage.

Could you make a video series where you do this for every weapon type. Newish players like myself have no idea whether the gun I have is good or bad. It would be great to have a reference so I can spend more time playing instead of wondering if the gun is worth keeping or dismantling

Great job TUX. A lot of work has gone into his. As a rule I hate any talent with a ‘cool down’ or a minuscule ‘5 sec time to live’. ACS would have been higher on my list with its relentless punch in the face ability. I’ll use this to dig out some named weapons I might have been sleeping on. Thanks dude

To me Perfect Sledgehammer (Lefty/stage Left) is one of the best additions to this game and I don't understand why you are talking about niche players. It's more than usefull in many many situations and almost mandatory as a side weapon in lots of builds. For instance on a control build it shines wonderfully, throwing a grenade on a foamed spawn you can give your whole team 10% damage (survivalist) + 40% damage to armor (Lefty) + 15% damage (Perfect opportunistic backpack/Lefty). And you can use it on a healer build, on a dps build or on almost any build. Is there any side weapon that can do better? It helps a lot clearing content, it keeps your mates alive as they kill faster and it's a great addition to the synergy of builds that we love in this game when playing in group.👍

Try next time with just a fire grenade and no lefty. Your team will kill them just as fast. The fire grenade does all the work. Have you tried Lefty without fire grenade? How many marked enemies do you get then? Survivalist is doing all the work. I use the lefty on team support builds is how I know. I think it could be better if they made it like opportunistic and independent of the grenade. Waste of time. Scorpio can reak more havoc.

I like putting sledgehammer on a sidearm. Throw my grenade, switch to sidearm, it blows up, swap back to do some bidness

Sleigher is just cool looking holiday slot holder, its not to mean to be any real weapon, besides it fires snowballs. How cool is that. Send off and Lighting rod aint so bad eather my opinion, Lighting Rod fires really fast. Besides you get very cool looking skins for those, for example Resident Evil skin and that exotic skin looks really cool for Lighting Rod 😎

Just a heads up the stinger LMG does not proc Swift. Even if you do a cover to cover move the talent will never activate. It’s a bugged item.

Well, the Lefty, paired with fire grenades, can be a team helper against the chopper drops at the extraction in the Countowns.

For sure. But if you watch closely the fire grenades and the 8 guys get the job done even without the Lefty. The strategy worked before the gun existed. More damage is good though. I get that.

Yes, if the group is working well, the Lefty is just a useless addition. But this makes me wonder why so few use the granades in this instance. It would help the group so much; instead so many players go after single enemies, which often leads to a spread-out of those, and to agents being downed, endangering the whole team...@@TuxedoBandido

To this day i still don't understand why we cant put the linked laser pointer on dare lmg? Like bruh. It would just become the perfect weapon for heartbreaker builds. Its just weird. Also the best named weapon according to me is the dark winter and burn out 100%. Dark winter just is just so addicting to use, i cant even explain it. Once you get it, you never want to drop it. Amazing weapon. And with obliterate it shines like a freaking star.

Cold relations should be no where near “god tier.” It’s possibly the best talent on the worst SMG. If it was on an MPX or P90 that would be the best SMG in the game. An MPX with Strained out damages Cold relations easily

hot take- most of them are actually pefectly functional, but *slightly* outshined by the better weapons in their class. some exceptions, even for me- eg M16A3. but this is about named weapons and more it's bad talents vs bad weapons, but occasionally you get a double piece of crap- like Relic.
