It was said in the episode that " so many came back" or something like that, but came back for what? Pythor didn't do sh*t, the rest of the villains were mid. I loved the mechanic in the episode where he wasn't working with the Crystal King yet.

It was a good season and good villain but so many people (me too) dont like the fact that nadakhan and All the good scenes with the ninjas,Skypirates, the wishes and the operation of the ninja backup Team with Jay,Skylor,Ronin,Dareth,Echo Zane,Captain Soto never happend. I hate that the rest of the ninjas not remember.

I even think skybound is higer than is should, it's just bad, the main reason of that is because everyone is really stupid, nadakhan is shown like a very smart villiain but he isn't, he could've just make Clanee wish for all the ninjas to get into the sword AND THATS IT, also he could've just use the djin sword to attack every ninja so he don't have any problem making them wish something, also when he got infinite wishes he could've just wish all the ninjas to disapear, became invensible or something like that, but he didn't, other thing is that the ninja were just like idiots when they made their wishes, they could wish a lot of things and they just made the most stupid decitions, like Zane that just don't make any sence that he wished everything to go away, it is just stupid.​

@@alexeymiranda3671Now that I think about it why didn’t Nadakhan just make one of his crew mates wish that the ninja were trapped in the sword. Or why didn’t any of the ninja wish that Nadakhan was trapped inside the sword. I still think Skybound was a decent season overall.

Ninjago confidential was such a great episode in Prime Empire. The mechanic also became a serious villain, which he deserved to be. Loved him being the villain in Ninjago city.

​ I would genuinely like to hear what people find so good about Sons of Garmadon. Like, how is it any better than any other season? I would rank the season among the lowest due to the amount of changes, nerfs and retcons that it inflicted upon the series, though I got used to it and very much enjoyed the later seasons. Definitely a controversial opinion but I seriously do not understand and the arguments I have heard thus far simply do not make any sense to me.

@@MorokLeviathan Sons of Garmadon brought in great characters like harumi and had great story with the oni masks that which were cool and all. The Sons Of Garmadon were deloped well as these tuff street guys then are trying to bring lord garmadon back

@@BigBoiGodzilla1 Agreed with the Oni Masks being interesting, as well as Harumi, mostly. Not as a tragic villain, but as a ruthless sociopath, who is competent and makes the most of the cards dealt to her. Genuinely goes to show how dangerous manipulations and facades are. The Sons of Garmadon on the other hand, I seriously could not take seriously. A bunch of motorcyclists somehow giving the Ninja trouble after what they had gone through? These guys look more alike to Chen's pre-anacondrai minions, who are more bullies than soldiers, unlike the nindroids and serpentine, yet the SoG somehow do not get instantly beaten up by the Ninja and through their elemental powers and spinjitzu, unlike Chen's pre-Anacondrai minions, who were easily taken care of by the Ninja, most of the time, even with a home field advantage, until they turned into Anacondrai. This honestly felt like the greatest power down the Ninja ever received without a clear explanation, minus the 'time twins travelling through time' explanation, as the Ninja used their elemental powers less as well, Nya can't even make water on her own anymore. Not to mention the disappearance of elemental dragons and airjitzu. The Ninja seem to consider their already weakened powers (compared to the previous seasons) as secondary too, and they pay dearly for this. I got used to all of this by Season 9, but it seriously drags the season down in my opinion, as it laid the groundwork for the Ninja being permanently crippled in capabilities compared to the first 7 seasons. My opinion on Garmadon's resurrection is.. Another matter. Garmadon being considered a boogeyman kind of felt like a stretch, when not taking the movie into account, in my opinion. It was also as if Sensei Garmadon only existed as a picture and his sacrifice meant nothing at all. Not helped by the fact that Garmadon returned, though as a different character. I liked Garmadon in Season 9 and 10 but I am not really counting Garmadon from those seasons in judging him in season 8.

And it's gonna be 5 years ago very soon...

@@skylord1846 Fair enough. I love Hunted because despite the trash redesigns made in SoG, it still feels like the characters are the same people from earlier seasons. Also the story, music and fights are so amazing.
