Smhh on Heritage Hill… big taxes and high renovation fees on houses that old.They bought up Fairview and put up new condos for rich doctors. No more older homes

What about Riverside Gardens? All of the older EGR people are buying up our unique homes in riverside. They sell in a day. Kingmas is within walking distance as is riverside park and you can get on your bike and ride the white pine trail! 5 minutes from everything downtown.m49505 voted most popular area code 2 years ago!

Property taxes vary greatly in Forest Hills because the district contains many different cities and townships. For example, we used to live in the Grand Rapids Township part of FH and had low property taxes, but now we live in the Kentwood part of FH and have really high property taxes. Cascade Township, Ada, even a bit of City of GR (Knapp’s Corner) are also part of FH.
