Kenny as a dude from Perth let me give a little context to Alex Sarrs stats. He was playing for a team in win now mode with the leagues best player on his team, so he was never going to get the room to develop as the guy and put up lofty numbers. However, this was made even worse by the fact the coach was absolutely terrible all year and barely wanted to use AS despite the fact Sarr was probably the second best player on the squad.

Bulls are not in a bad draft position for a weak draft. The scariest picks in this draft are the top draft picks because thats where people have irrational biases for players. Picks 10-14 tend to be a hot spot for sleepers in these types of drafts. Thats where you get Bam Adebayo, Giannis Antetokounmpo, Donovan Mitchell, Tyrese Haliburton, etc. etc. And that Giannis draft is also the draft that produced our current MVP in Nikola Jokic. Earlier picks are going to look for safe bets (which tend to be roleplayers) or they’ll shoot for the stars and go for the highest potential physically, which can easily turn out to become busts.

@dregamingzАй бұрын
@@ztlabraptor211 but the Jazz are asking for a young potential star and picks. We have GG Jackson. Contracts to match salary like a Luke Kennard or Brandon Clarke(good players too)and multiple picks. We could throw in 4-5 firsts including the 9th pick and then also throw in some seconds.
@ztlabraptor211Ай бұрын
@@dregamingz Lauri is basically the ideal target they should go all in on. He’s a perfect secondary scoring option, he’s an amazing off ball player who shoots at a high level, is very athletic, finishes well both off the pick and roll and in transition and can defend. He also gives them some much needed size at the 4 without compromising their switchability or their spacing. And yeah I think young guys and 4 picks is the package, but again I think other teams can outbid Memphis’s offer. Utah also has no reason to trade him right now as he’s stated repeatedly he’s happy there

I'm an Illini basketball guy, but I don't really love Shannon. Yes, he's an athletic scorer, but what else can he do at a better than decent level? I don't love Hawkins either, but he could really thrive as a 4/5 in the right situation, dude's got skills. Domask is my guy, if he can add a three point shot (entirely possible, being a great free throw shooter), he could become Austin Reaves with a Luka-esque mid-post turnaround jumper. What's the real ceiling for any of those guys? They're older prospects, which means less time to adapt to the game, so likely they're 7-9 in their respective rotations at best
