That said, I don’t take sponsored content unless it’s something I planned to play on the channel anyway. The game is genuinely great and we’ll probably play some more this week.

first, "Rogue" not rouge. Second, roguelikes are turn based games, because they're based on the game "Rogue" Third, this is an arcade game, something completely unplayable to me. Whereas actual roguelikes are a wealth of disability access in gaming.

Have you played Vagante? It's got elements of two of my favourite roguelikes, Spelunky and Caveblazers. Definitely worth a look.

Did you truly feel DIG was something that could hold you over for awhile? It seemed fun for the first bit I watched but the more I thought of playing it the loop just seemed like it'd get boring. Another one of those games I put 5 hours into then never play again.

Roguelikes and roguelites are a wealth of disability access in gaming that are now very hard to find because of people misusing both terms to mean everything that hits their bloody dopamine receptors! That is a problem for people who actually want to find roguelikes and roguelites. This is neither a roguelike, nor a roguelite.
