Here’s a breeders tip!! Collect your fray around 9-10 at night!! The fry lie on the service of the water and the parents swim to the bottom!!🤓

Yea , what I do is when I go to fish stores to buy females I always buy ones which are having flat bellies , so I don't get fry which are a different strain because the females might have mated with the males in the tank at the store. Anyway I got a hold of brown tuxedo females and male snakeskin guppies . Already have 50 fry in 3 weeks . Idk how the young ones are gonna look when they grow up to be adults .

In general, the water temperature varies between 62 to 82 Farenheit (17 - 28 Celcius) all year. It could go a little higher or lower. Cheers.

Hello Choco. Your mosaics will eventually provide fry. No worries. The cross breeding project didn't work. I think the female Micariff's were too old virgins. They couldn't get pregnant. I may try again later. Thanks!

Hello. The water level is high. I've haven't seen any jump out. But, they could be when I'm not around. There are so many hungry lizards here. So, if a guppy does jump out, I won't see it on the ground. Cheers.

Instead of moving the fry, why don't you remove the adults instead? Keep the pregnant female until she drops and then move her too?

Hello David. That's a great idea! I generally keep 4 tubs per strain of guppy. One breeder tub, one for the fry, one for the sorted males, and one tub for the sorted females. Since the breeder females delivers broods at different times, I just move the fry out and put into the fry tub. Thanks!

Hello. The only thing I do is 10-20% water changes once a week. I siphon out the waste and loose algae from the bottom of the tub. When I first set up the tub, the water turned really dark green. After a month, the tub established itself with algae, and the water turned much clearer. Good luck with yours! Cheers.

Hello Kira. I've noticed that some guppies strains grow larger than other strains. Perhaps you have a smaller strain of guppies. Good luck.

Yes. I raise smaller size. Not dumbo guppy like you. Red guppy,neon guppy and red albino guppy, koi guppy too. But I dont understand why your fish is the same kind but they bigger than my. What type of food you feed them daily 😀😀?
