hi Cani, Reading fan here. Basically our current owner bought us as we went into the 2017 championship playoff final and ever since we lost that penalty shootout its just been bad decision after bad decision. From buying older players for ridiculous prices and wages, to selling some of our brightest youth prospects (such as Olise) for dirt cheap, its been pretty miserable. This season is an all time low though. After we went down last season due to a points deduction (from the owners bad spending breaking FFP) we had another points deduction this season and did well to bring in young players to even field a team. We've just started to hit a groove on the pitch, but the protests to get our owner out are bigger than ever and he's retaliated by selling some of our best U21 prospects and first team experienced players for dirt cheap yet again (under £100,000) which is just crazy. Love your videos and I really enjoyed watching this rebuild as I do all of them. Hopefully we can hit the heights that you took us to at some point in the future, but until we're rid of this owner its not likely!

Hey cani, as I was raised near Reading, here's the rundown so basically: Reading are lingering fourth from bottom in League One, following EFL-imposed sanctions, as many fans want the Chinese businessman Dai Yongge to sell the club. He is blamed by many supporters for the club's problems, including wages not being paid and a winding-up order being served in October over unpaid taxes leading to a complete clearout in the club and many protests, there was even a game that had to be postponed due to pitch invasion. At this point, the EFL are effectively forcing dai yongge to fund the club or he is forced to sell it. The club is literally at risk of going bankrupt, and players and staff all want out due to unpaid wages.

Just some info on Patrick Dorgu - EA got his height wrong. He's listed between 185-187cm, so around 6'1-6'2. He played for Nordsjællands youth team before joining Lecce :)

Cani, since you live in Germany you should definitely rebuild the sleeping giant of German Football, Schalke. Their situation is so awful right now, currently just BARELY sitting above relegation zone in the second Bundesliga, and if they are to get relegated this season they will have to start from the 6th tier of German Football as a Football Club because they've no license to compete in the 3rd division of German football. It's honestly sad how in a span of 4-5 years they went from playing in the Champions League and being a solid Bundesliga team to now being at risk of complete destruction as a Football Club.

Cani, I don't know you have noticed this but Reading have been deducted 4 points this season in League One. Last season, they were relegated from the Championship because of the 6-point deduction, they would have stayed up had it not been for that. Sometimes, when you see a team down low in the table, especially in the relegation zone, it makes you think: "Oh, this team are doing awfully", but YES and NO, they are in a false position because of the points deduction. Points deductions have occurred so many times in the lower leagues of English football. I bet you haven't even known about Luton Town's 30-point deduction when they were in League Two of the 2008-09 season.

You should do a Kaa Gent rebuild. In the begining of the season thought they could be outsiders for the title. It would only be their second one, almost 10 years after the first one. Since then they've only won the Super Cup the year after, that's it. Yet they've produced some great talent like Jonathan David for example. But this year all the problems that were predicted came true. They have a new owner since a couple of months who wants to deal with the financial problems of last year. This means he sold 2 of the biggest talents - of the already way to small squad - for big money to Lyon: Fofana and Orban. This while 4 of their main players (Tissoudali, Nurio, Watanabe and Hong) are on international duty (Asian and Africa Cup) and palyers like Torunarigha and Nardi are out with injuries. Because of this they haven't been able to win a single game since the start of the year. Now they're even going to sell the topscorer from last season: Cuypers. Witch leaves them with only one striker (Depoitre), who is 34 and just came back from a long term injury, untill Tissoudali comes back from the Africa Cup. And even if you think it couldn't get any worse than this? Well, today they lost again and most of all, they lost their talisman on the midfield and captain Sven Kums with an injury as well. Don't get me wrong, they still have some exciting talent in their squad like Hong, Archie Brown, Samoise and newcomers Sonko and Surdez (who is not in the game yet). But they lack squad depth, in all regions, but now most of all, they need a goalscoring striker again. So they can find for maybe the title and at least European football again. Could you make it happen, Cani? Can you make them one of the biggest in Europe?

I don’t know if you know him but you should look at a player called Faris Moumbagna who is 23, going from bodø/glimt to Marseille and seems to be a great striker scoring 23 goal contributions out of 49 games. I think he could be the next big thing for Cameroon
