The best way to find CM is to send out the scout with the istruction of "Phisically strong" and the role obviusli CM. That's because they come with a very good phisical but all the other stats are mostly balanced and you can build them up as you want. I hope I was helpful❤

I loved this video because I am from norway, and another team you could do a similar rebuild to is vålerenga, they are one of the best talent producers in norway, i have been a fan of them since i was 5 years old, so I would love if you rebuildt them.

It’s not super consistent but I find the best way to get central midfields from youth is to use technically gifted but don’t assign a position to it. Right now I got one player who has 91-94 potential left winger but I can turn him into a CM. It will take some time but he only 16 do plenty of time.

I live in the most northern mainland county in Scotland, I saw them a couple months aggo, but they often appear although sometimes they are hard to make out.

to get CM you really need your team to use 442 flat rather than 442 defensive positions , your scouts will mostly get you positions that will fit your team if you play defensive you'll mostly get CDM try using a formation that has both CDM and CM to get position's you need ,
