Youth academy career modes are my favorite since you grow a personal attachment to your players. You literally grow them from 'nothing' and see them grow into these super good players! It takes a lot of effort, luck and discipline but it's definitely worth it! Also I'm trying not to sign regens but mostly only count on homegrown players.

Found some ballers with my scouts in Albania and Greece when I did a leyton orient rebuild, technically gifted in those area found me some great CAMs and wingers

I'm personally doing a youth only rebuild with stevenage on fifa 18, but i allow myself to sign players with less than 1 year in their contracts. stevenage starts on league two and im in the championship within 2 seasons so its going quite well. i also play on world class because im not a great player also i love the content, been watching every single video for about a year and a half now

I pretty much always use the YA. But YA rebuilds are my favorite. I'll come up with different ideas on how I do it. My all time favorite/best one ever was a Scandinavian YA road to glory. So many great players

I did a Leyton rebuild with youth academy in FIFA 20 so this is a good one to watch I also did one this year but got sacked for no reason I tried literally everything I could with objectivs but you win some you lose some. Love the videos good work!

Hey Cani. My home team Sepsi OSK was defeated by Bodo Glimt in UECL group qualification. In extra time there was a controversial offside call which in my opinion wasn't offside. That goal would have made the score 5-5 on aggragate. Something similar also happened at the start of the season, against Rapid Buchurest. Offside call, something similar to Rashford vs City, except this time the player def. wasnt offside, and definitely didn't interfene with play. If these didn't happen, who knows Sepsi could have qualified to UECL, and in the league we would have 2 more points. Could you rebuild them, with the challenge being that you can only sign hungarian and romanian players or maybe balkan or something similar to these. Please

When I do youth academy saves I will always keep one scout in my teams country and I usually try to find CB bc they are always hard to find and grow slow

Career mode with only youth is basically the only way i play manager mode anymore because its the only thing thats consistently fun on fifa something so satisfying about getting your players and building them up and getting to know them as players and making them the best players in the world in fifa 19 i had a Portsmouth youth career mode but i would only send my scouts to Ireland so Ireland had all the best players in the world I became their manager and won the world cup in the last season of career the perfect fairytale ending topped off with a Portsmouth treble
