With no more challenges left in the big city I decided that rebuilding a ghost town in 12 months sounded fun. It took all the money I had to buy my starting property though. The only tool I had was an ax and I put it to work quickly clearing trees off the property to raise funds for rebuilding the ghost town.

@@Driver53Gaming thx. honestly I think if devs see videos such as the ones you make they could draw inspiration for mechanics and elements to add to the game. I like FS, but I always withdraw from it after a while because the towns don't feel alive, there is no interaction. If you are playing alone, it gets boring, for me at least. I think if there were NPC's, houses, shops, etc, it would feel much more alive. Basically the types of things you pretend to be there. Going to a farmer's house to accept a contract to do the job and chosing to use his equipment that would spawn in his shed/field or going back home to get your own. Entering buildings such as the equipment store and entiring the menu through an interection with the seller. Going to the bank. Having a used equipment store. These are all seamingly minor things that would allow for role playing and would make a HUGE difference. It's the difference between a strictly sim game and a simulator/rpg. I like the simulation, but I miss the rp element. That's why I mostly enjoy the grind, often starting with a chainsaw and a truck with no money just to increase the grinding phase and get more involved. After that, it just feels like a menial job without a real purpose.

This is an awesome RP, really liking that you are using some cool PC mods. I have one request if you dont mind, there are some really cool trucks available for PC only, like Peterbilt, Ford, Dodge. Would you consider using some of those?
