What an insight on how to build up a club, can’t believed I watched a whole video without skipping through. Definitely a consultancy opportunity there for Graham and his business partner with municipal and members clubs.

What a thoroughly enthralling character and speaker Graham is! Very genuine, smart, and honest throughout. A real insight into the ownership and running of his club, and I'm sure every member of any club in the land could do with hearing some of the home truths about what it takes to keep their courses and clubs open and in top condition! I think this is one of the most honest and genuine interviews I've ever had the pleasure to watch on KZfaq! Graham comes across as an amazing individual with a focus on all of the correct things in life and not just the £££ a business can generate. I'm fortunate to be a member of a club with an owner which I believe is in a similar mould and who puts so much back into the club which they only took over 3 months before COVID struck and which was in need of serious help. Now I'm a proud member of a club that has 2 full 18 hole courses, driving range and decent clubhouse run by mainly brilliant staff who genuinely want to be part of it. Interesting to hear the discussion on membership fees and makes me feel grateful that I'm a member of a club with 2 full courses (all be it not great condition this time of year as clay based!) but with a 7 day membership of around £760, amazing value even with the little golf I can actually play still keeping it affordable. Keep up the amazing journey and would love to play at your club some day. @Liam if you are ever in th3 Bedfordshire area, would love to show your around our club/courses as really enjoy your content and sure Ebay Pete would love it too! 😀 Cheers

This is a video all members of all clubs need to watch as it may explain many things and stop a lot of the vocalization of varying frustrations given the greater understanding this will bring. Hat's off to all at Carus Green and this is one course and stay joining my list.

As a member of Carus Green I am very grateful that we have such good custodians in Graham and Morris. The truth is they have overseen year on year improvements to the course and facilities. It just keeps getting better. And even with increases in fees, it will still be a great deal for members. Thank you to Graham, Morris, and the whole CG team.

One of the most interesting podcasts I've seen and loved every minute of it. Graham comes over as a boss that you would go the extra mile for, a real nice guy. And the prices, half of what I have to pay at my local club! I'm sure the club will go from strength to strength given the team he has managed to surround himself with. Absolutely love this, it must be challenging for clubs to maintain their standards in these difficult times but we as visitors have to do our bit where we can to ensure these clubs survive and thrive. I will definitely be visiting Carus in 2023. Well done on showcasing this course and look forward to seeing more podcasts in the future.

My son and I were at Carus Green yesterday for an unforgettable training day with Adam Lynn and Simon Edwards. I hadn’t seen this interview and we passed Graham a few times without realising who he was. What a lovely and impressive bloke. Congratulations to him on creating such a great facility and recruiting such committed, genuine and brilliant people.

Loved this format. What a guy he is...speaks with great pride and passion, a true Captain of his team. Maybe we could have a new series called ' True Gems ' to accompany the Hidden Gems 🤔
