That’s the thing. Everytime im bad in franchise I go for not last cause basically every single time I’ve been dead last I always get 2nd or 3rd pick. So lesson: if you know you’re team is bad, go for like 3rd last so you have a better chance

You should sign the best coach available as head coach, then instantly put him/her as assistance coach and simulate to beginning of the season and the game gives you the best available coach regarldess of your left budget (and also you will permanently get the budget that you went over).
