With the release of Bad Batch Season 3 I see no better time to revisit the Republic Attack Shuttle and give it a complete rework & upgrade!

This shuttle to me is the peak of lego engineering,i generally love how the back area reminds me heavily of Palpatine's shuttle minus the vader transformation area,great work mate

I would extend those wings a bit, they just seem a bit too small. Also I’d make the big 3 blocks on the side bigger so they actually fill out the ships sides

Looks great, just a quick note: This is the NU-class shuttle and not the RHO-class, the RHO-class has a dorsal fin more akin to the later Lambda & Sentinel class shuttles.

Nope, this is a RHO Class just without the top fin. It still has the extended Cab of the RHO class, Nu-Class is shorter.

IMO the only thing i would add is tiles or something to make the top of the small fin look less out of place

Its more of a NU class shuttle, RHO has that third wing, longer body and can hold cargo under its belly, witout that its more of a NU class shuttle, but still a great build love to see that shuttle refreshed

Id say its closer to the Rho-class, I did include the extended/longer body, and it could hypothetically still carry a container underneath. I see what you are saying though!

There are apparently models of the Rho class without the top fin. However, I'd assume it was more for identification reasons. Since the Rho and Nu are essentially near identical so without the fun it would be difficult to figure which one is which which could lead to fights that are disasterious for either side if there here senators of either side on it.

I noticed that. It seems there are models of the Rho Class with NO top fin, and NO extended Cab, with Cargo Container. Then also models of the Nu-Class with Cargo Container. The main difference in Rho vs Nu class is the Cabin space. The Main fuselage of the Rho Class is extended quite a bit compared to Nu.

I remember entering a lego competition back in the day, and winning the old clone wars set which was the top prize of said competition. Funnily enough, i had hopes of getting the droid tank rather than the ship, but lmao got the ship. I built it wrong.

All the Phase 1 clones (not Clone Wars styled) are official minifigures that came from 40558 Clone Command Station

Great improvement to the original but I feel like you could also improve the top a bit, maybe add detail on the side, an antenna like we see in the show etc
