I received a strange call from one of my cheating wife's friends, demanding a meeting. I knew that if I went to the designated place, my car would be blocked and I would have no chance... So, I arranged the meeting at a location convenient for me, hid my car, reloaded my gun, and walked into the room...

@@missyleaf9778 thanks for your kind words. I was very very lucky. I had a great lawyer, a great judge, and she kept lying to her lawyer. My daughter is fine now thank you. The system is corrupt though. It’s part of the reason I listen to these channels. Ultimately the problem we all share is that the current family court system in the US. It encourages and frankly rewards people to behave in terrible ways. It literally pays them as well. The courts siphon off billions annually in spousal and child support fees as well. They WANT divorce and misery. I’m old enough to remember (over 60), when divorce was rare. No fault divorce encourages cheating and financially rewards it. Few would considering filing if I’m doing so they’d face ruin or hardship. Also so was falsely accused of the most lurid crimes and abuse of my ex and our daughter, almost the second I filed for custody. A filing I only did because they kept denying me visitation. In Missouri at the time it was illegal to file those claims AFTER a custody filing. But I was lucky. False abuse claims are filed all the time and there’s only consequences in that the wrongfully accused suffers. Sure there are actual cases of abuse but they’re very rare. They should be handled by the police and based on evidence, not just claims. False claims should be punished severely but they aren’t. Even in my case where my ex and her mother committed multiple crimes, they got away Scott free. Sure it did impact the custody case as it helped prove them scheming liars and willing to commit criminal acts. But zero accountability beyond that. Had they even spent one night in jail (and their crimes carried hefty fines and incarceration guidelines, they and others wouldn’t do this stuff. But no, the courts absolutely encourage them to do it. I’d feel the same way if a man was doing this. They do that stuff too at times. Ya I still a bit harder. So in a nutshell the system seems to just be a massive effort to destroy families. Anyway just my two cents. :-)

Charges should have been filed against Eliot for creating a brothal with all exectives & filling equal charges of prostitution also assult charges against the 3 man who held him hostage in his own home. Allong with Rico charges for setting up a illegal enterprises. Allong with assult charges on traceys for spitting on Brian's in a court rm. Finally with Eliot being charged with setting up a prostitution ring. Being a pimp. And alienation of affection. And a cd being sent to all bosses and owners of the corporations. I think his alimony wasn't bad. 1,000/month for only 42 months. I wish my alimony was that short. Don't ever have a stay-at-home wife. Even if, like I, you think that is a good arrangement or it is biblical or whatever. My alimony was 20 years or until she remarried, and I was married for just 10 years. Thankfully my ex is a b*tch and can't survive without a man to nag or paying her way so I only had to pay for 3 years. My ex remarrying was one of the best days for me, I literally jumped up out of my desk chair when I read that email. Marriage in America is a joke and a HUGE money pit for men. None of you seem to understand that this is a totally bogus story. It is fiction. This is why: 1. Man was granted total custody of his son. Later after another lawsuit he pays ex-wife $442,000 in child support? WRONG he has 100% custody therefore she has to pay child support to him. No court in any English speaking countries would force the custodial parent to pay child support in any amount. 2. Man pays ex $1000 a month for 48 months = $48,000 These amounts are not similar. Unfair sure it is. That's why in real life she would be paying him.

And as for the three men holding him on video he could have pressed charges of assault and or false imprisonment.

Wow great story, the narration was what audio stories should sound like regardless of whether it’s AI or a real narrator. From the start to end I was hooked. It’s sad to think that there are real people out in the world preying on vulnerable victims for their own twisted desires. Some would argue that they are swingers while others would say that they are cults. I’d call the group in this story a sophisticated cult. Simply bc there’s someone actually calling the shots whereas swingers just like to umm swing with no menacing intentions. The OP in this was definitely a lot more on to it than his dearest wife gave him credit for ..as selfish people tend to do. He was a lot stronger in how he dealt with things when he discovered his wife’s infidelity, not that anyone would blame him if he lost his cool. And that’s because his love for his son held him together. So many couples forget their kids during divorces or like the “woman he married” use them as tools to blackmail the spouse. The surprise of who the real mastermind at the front was and how he was dealt to was priceless.

He missed two opportunities. 1. Because she took and kept the child away from him on false allegations, that, potentially, could be considered kidknapping and, then, extortion for trying to get him to concede under threats of social violence. 2. If he had video of the three men grabbing him, under the circumstances, that could be stretched into assualt.

I think that all marriages should be required to have more than a license. We require lessons and a person that verifies our ability to operate a vehicle before licensure. Marriages should be required to have certain details agreed upon prior to licensure. Health checks, financial checks, background checks, but ultimately it should include a contract with, at the very least, a definition of expectations from each party, including what would constitute a breach of contract. There should be sections that include future children, paternity testing at birth being mandatory, and responsibilities of each partner in the marriage. Financial responsibilities, childcare, property ownership, and job expectations. This may seem like a lot, but a very basic contract could be used. It would save everyone from such stupid and devious methods used to simply be hurtful. I am married 35 years so far, and I believe this wholeheartedly.

I could be wrong .. but I swear I remember a version of this that had her boss and his wives more or less ghost out, and the friends who worked there are well got ruined in a fiscal sense and he made sure she kept her job long enough to avoid or lessen the alimony and then paid in the lump sum *shrug* then her company fired her for 'other reasons' but could just be mixing it up either another but the boss and wives fake names were the same as were all the actions *shrug*
